Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kite Beach

I cant say enough great things about our recent stay in Sosua at Palm Villa . It was beyond what i was expecting . The Villa was great and equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need and if it wasn't , Lee Anne and her team were able to assist , and help get you what ever it was that you were missing . Lee Anne and her team including cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive . Making sure every step of the way that your stay was going to be amazing . They hooked us up with a local driver during our stay that got us to where we needed to be everyday even if it was just to get groceries and we cant forget our amazing meals that we had cooked for us right in our Villa absolutely amazing 10/10 !!!! Thank you Chef Rosi , Lee Anne , Even and Crew :) You were all OUTSTANDING !!!! I cant wait to come back , hopefully becomes an annual Vacation

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

Great place for our weekend getaway. lots to do in a walkable distance. We drove to the central area and parking was not an issue.

Excelente experiencia, a minutos de playa encuentro caminando, y a 10 min de la playa Cabarete en vehiculo. La casa es un remanso de paz, pero al mismo tiempo cerquita de la diversión de Cabarete. Perfecto para familias o grupos de amigos. Volveremos seguramente!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

Ericson was an AMAZING host! He was very responsive and helped us with our food delivery and finding things to do around the area. The house was GORGEOUS and I felt very safe! I will definitely be coming back soon!! Highly recommend 10/10

Very good place to spend time with the family and friends. Very organized and presentable lobby with easy check in and out. The house was very nice and peaceful along with it’s peaceful and secure area! Thanks for everything Jocelyn!

Very cozy, clean, small 2 room modern Apartment. Well stocked kitchen to cook for a week or more. The pool is great. It has a deep end, which I loved. I was driving and SUV and handled the dirt road to the property of the main road. Night security with a shotgun.

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

This is the only place that I will stay when visiting the area. Jason was awesome and responsive at all times. He was proactive with all the instructions and what to expect. The place was very clean with white linens. WiFi was awesome, A/C in all bedrooms and main area. Very secure community and home. The pool was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, washer/dryer, filtered water available, etc. He also offers cleaning services and other conveniences. They also have a nice bbq area by the pool equipped with gas grill if you want to bbq. Very close the bustling downtown area while also quiet and nice private. Check in and check out was awesome and Jason was flexible for us as we had an early flight arriving and late flight departing. If you’re visiting the area, look no further!

My daughters and I had a great stay. The place was easy to get and had friendly staff on site. The place looked like it was recently renovated and had new furniture and amenities. It was surprisingly quiet for spring break but we loved that. There is a mix of long term and short term rentals so friendly people all around. The beds and sofa were comfy and it was really spacious. It's a minute walk to the local bakery/coffee shop which had AMAZING food, baked goods and lasagna. The beach was another few minutes walk along a dirt road with cafes and beachside restaurants with great food. The beach was peaceful and quiet, just perfect! There's also a couple smaller stores with food and things within a couple minutes walk. The food truck stop with several restaurants is open at night and a great place for food and drinks. Overall we had a fantastic stay! My only reservation was the noise level from traffic was high for us as we are light sleepers but we would definitely return.

Amazingly Beautiful Place to stay. Location is great, very close to everything you need. Sosua Beach is 12 mins, Cabarete Beach is 15 mins. The property is well maintained and very clean, there is security on site 24/7. Beds were very comfortable. The pools are beautiful and the onsite restaurant is fabulous. The chef is very talented, every meal we had was so delicious! The hosts were very responsive and check in/check out was very easy. Christina met us at check in to explain everything and she was very helpful. I would love to return!

The house was in a location that was close enough to town but far enough so you felt peace and quite . The landscaping was beautiful and outside seating was comfy. Andy was very polite and easy to talk with, even though my Spanish is very limlted . I can tell the owner and caretaker are wanting to please and make sure you are happy . When we come back to that area we will not look for any other place to stay as we don't believe it would possible to find at nicer place at that fair price.

The place is very nice! Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean and lots of kitchen amenities. The pool is also nice :) It is inside a community and the gate security personnel are a bit harsh, but besides that, it's an amazing stay in Cabarete.

Recomiendo mucho! Samuela es una anfitriona excelente. Contacto sin complicaciones y fue posible entrar antes. El piso tal y como se describía, cerca de la playa y de la calle pero en un entorno tranquilo con buena vibra (hay una laguna al lado). Además, Samuela me permitió utilizar la piscina, que se encuentra en el edificio al lado.

Hands down the best airbnb i stayed at! Everything was super nice and clean exactly like the pictures, will definitely book again! Its well located, close to the city and the beach and a lot of things to do nearby! The host was really easy to reach too and super helpful!

I had a great experience with this booking. Merika, my host, was very helpful and very responsive when needed. Bathroom water was great temperature and Air Conditioning worked well. Quiet area and full of relaxing. Thank you for the hospitality.

This place was an absolute dream. Tucked away in the jungle and right on the river, it felt like our own private paradise. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature, then hopping on the paddle boards or taking the canoe out for a peaceful float. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts. They were hands-down the best hosts we’ve ever had—so warm, welcoming, and full of joy. They greeted us with fresh fruit and coconut water, and their kindness and genuine hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature with hosts who truly care, this is the spot. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
