Beachfront vacation rentals in Kite Beach

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Formidable ! Tout a très bien été. Ubaldo est un hôte extraordinaire. A l'écoute de ses visiteurs et très disponible. Advenant et serviable. Je recommande ses établissements sans retenu. Ces derniers sont très très propres, fonctionnels et bien situés. J'ai été ravi de mon séjour. J'y retournerai.

Un apartamento muy especial, acogedor, bonito, limpio, ordenado, cómodo, buenas camas, almohadas, sábanas, etc. Un condominio tranquilo, buenas áreas verdes, una vista increíble desde el apartamento hacia el mar, el sonido de las olas, buena brisa, área de piscina, jacuzzi y playa limpios y muy decente todo el complejo. La joven de limpieza muy agradable, cooperadora; la asistencia por parte del host muy rápido y cooperador. este apartamento merece 5 🌟 estrellas. 100% recomendado.

La casa era exactamente lo que sale en la publicación, Jhoselyn y su gente muy amables, proactivos, cercanos y atentos a cualquier pregunta o recomendación. La playa el encuentro es ideal para ir con los niños y mejor aún si quieren aprender a practicar surf, la casa cercana a supermercados y otras playas en auto, barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Nosotros fuimos con 5 niños y estábamos muy cómodos, relación precio calidad excelente. Muy recomendable.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos el apto de Ana en Fortunity. Excelente lugar para unos días en Familia. Seguro volveremos

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

The condo was completely updated and clean. There was a partial ocean view. The beach was walkable for miles in either direction, even at high tide. 24 hour security at the gate. A safe at this wonderfully property would have been extra feature. Julia was readily available for any questions

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

Incroyable séjour! Ocean Point est vraiment le Meilleur endroit de KiteBeach. Kitesurf In/OuT. L’appartement est tout équipé, avec une très belle décoration, le tout dans un environnement intime, paisible, et luxueux. Les hôtes ont été vraiment accueillants, s’assurant d’une expérience impeccable tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Dulce Vida was a great place to stay in Cabarete! I was there for 5 weeks, and Carmen and her staff were super helpful and always responsive when I needed anything. The beach access across the street is beautiful and so was the pool area. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay, this is a great central location for kiting and restaurants!

Third time staying at Pilot House, it’s a perfect spot for kiting and it’s further away from the road so less noisy. Hot water for showers, a kitchen for coffee and meals, a lovely rooftop patio. Perfect.

The tolet in the apartment doesn't work very well. You can park your car on the street or pay to park at a parking lot near by. The fee for parking is hourly. For 24 hours it's $15.00 US dollars. Other then that the apartment is excellent.

It's really a lovely paradise. It's a sweet hotel room style place with a kitchenette, the balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. The building is right by the main street. This makes it very convenient to get to things and to find, and yet it's still quiet. What you hear is the ocean singing day and night, so enjoyable. The restaurant's food is also really good. among the best in the area and it's right downstairs. Daret and the staff were very nice and responsive. There were a few things I needed and a miscommunication and they were handled quickly and with grace. To me, nothing tells you more than how a person handles a difficult moment and Daret handled every little thing perfectly. All my friends will be staying here in the future. One last thing: Daret picked my brain for any little thing I could think of to make the place EVEN better. It was hard to come up with honestly, and yet you're sure to enter an even better place than I did. What a great host.

Merci Jorg , c'était un merveilleux séjour L'endroit est sympathique avec une brise permanente et ce spectacle des kite surfeurs inspirants. Ce tres bon restaurant sur la plage permet presque de vivre en vase clos. Je vais recommander cette adresse autour de moi et y retournerai volontiers

This place was such a gem! Upon arrival, Nicole greeted us into our place. She was so helpful with any questions we had! The location is great for a peaceful getaway with family! We will definitely be back to try the kite surfing!

We absolutely love the penthouse. It’s spacious. The view is amazing. You ca. walk to some great restaurants. And watching the men out there kiting all day while We laid by the pool And listened to the aces from the beach. Will be back again soon !
