We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Bettina. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet Wilder Kaiser ist ideal. Wir waren in 5 min mit dem Auto beim der Bergbahn Itter. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und entsprach den Bildern! Die Kommunikation mit Bettina war hervorragend und sie hat uns schnell geholfen, als wir uns aus der Wohnung ausgesperrt hatten. Sie war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne zurück nach Itter :)

Das Häuschen ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen war Lukas sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, wenn man etwas Abgeschiedenheit sucht und eine Umgebung für Freiluftaktivitäten. Wandern, Radfahren, bei gutem Wetter Baden, alles quasi vor der Haustür. Wir kommen gerne wieder

We zijn met 3 vrienden verbleven in villa itter voor een shortski. Het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, het goede weer was de kers op de taart! We arriveerden om 01:00 ‘s nachts, maar de instructies waren zeer duidelijk en we hebben geen problemen ondervonden. We kwamen niets tekort. We overwegen nog meerdere shortski’s hier te plannen!
