Vacation rentals with a patio in King West Village, Old Toronto

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—safe, walkable, and close to everything we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, which is always so important to me when booking accommodations Being on the ground floor was such a nice bonus—no waiting for elevators, just easy in and out. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d happily stay here again! Extra bonus: It was wonderfully dog-friendly, our Chewie felt right at home and enjoyed every minute

Words won’t do Kelly’s hospitality justice. She was communicative from start to finish. Her place is beautiful, quaint and convenient in the heart of the Roncy area. Kelly was extremely flexible allowing us to check in early if needed, and check out a little later than originally scheduled. Her response time was always within minutes, where she was happy to provide many recommendations for food, sight seeing and leisure. My wife and I highly recommend Kelly’s place. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience your little oasis Kelly.

This is a lovely ground floor apartment with its own garden. It’s spacious and clean and nicely decorated and the garden is lovely with local wildlife popping by! This is a nice part of Toronto generally, close to a lot of things but more green and quiet than downtown. Would recommend

I had an amazing 3-week stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic—convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. The place itself was well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Emily, the host, was absolutely wonderful—super responsive, accommodating, and always had a positive attitude. communication with Sharon and Tanner was excellent and they were helpful with transport queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of towels and was able to make a meal in kitchen. Near to CN Tower and harbour. Thank-you for a lovely stay and everyone enjoyed the coffee pods.

We had a great stay. There were the normal things that make it good, like location and cleanliness, but the little things made this great. Instructions were easy to follow, free parking spot, and never having to wait for an elevator to name a few. My best downtown Toronto stay so far.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. It's located in a beautiful part of Toronto next to the water with many great food spots and parks nearby. We had three little one's with us and there were many accommodations, like Pack N Plays, that made it so much more comfortable for them. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this location!

Great location accessible and equal distance to downtown and outlying neighborhood / suburban areas. Wonderful cozy home with nice back porch and grill, good sized master bedroom, useful second bedroom, amazing chef’s kitchen, and spa like bathroom. Parking municipal lot is offsite about a three minute walk away, but you pay hourly or overnight $3 rate (very reasonable, and can pay remotely with app). Some street parking too, but with time of day restrictions, etc. Overall amazing stay, high quality host, and great space layout / size.

An excellent location for our first time in Toronto! Very walkable to all the main attractions and a lovely neighbourhood to base our stay. The apartment was very clean and matched the description and photos! Would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Toronto. Amelia was super accommodating, allowing us a late check out to suit our flight back home.

Wholly recommend anyone to stay at this property. The location is absolutely perfect - a few minutes from a bike rack and park, Venice and Italy neighbourhoods and easy to get anywhere - but even more importantly, a wonderful, peaceful street with super sweet neighbours (who left a big printed and signed note on our door with recommendations of where to eat the following evening as we'd been talking in the garden!) The house is immaculate. Not just clean as you'd normally expect but perfect plumbing, electrics, everything ... super clean and fresh smelling - honestly, hats off to you and your cleaning people - just amazing. Jordan was super sweet, sending a message in advance wishing us safe travels and what time would we arrive and did we want anything. The house itself is awesome. We used the sauna every morning and night. Every bedroom was spacious and comfy beds and wardrobe space. Finally - loved the porch. Every night till early hours we sat out with a drink chatting :-)

Awesome 👌 property with above average amenities and spa style options available; the hotubs alone were top notch, clean, hot and easy to use. The house itself was beautiful, well laid out and very clean. anither great property if anyone is looking to be in the mix of it all plus having the extras in your own back yard.

We had a great time at Bessa’s. The house was beautifully decorated. The pool and back yard were amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at this place was exceptional! The inside looked just like the pictures. Very clean and well stocked. Our host Navid was very accessible when I had any questions. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage. I called Navid and he was there in less than 10 minutes to let us in. The Rail/Train to shops, restaurants and downtown was only a few blocks up the street. Very convenient transportation. We only needed an Uber twice. Overall great experience. Would stay there again.

Very spacious, open unit with access to sunlight and a beautiful sunset. The hosts are extremely responsive and quickly try to rectify any issues. Initially the unit was dirty when I came in, but they quickly sent someone the next day to clean. The location is a bit out of the way, and you’ll need to either walk or take a bus and then streetcar to the subway lines, depending where you want to go. There’s frequent traffic during rush hours and TTC construction. The unit itself is gorgeous, with lots of storage room and modern appliances/furniture—perfect for a long-term stay.

Danielle's place is conveniently located in the heart of the Village. It's within walking distance of a variety of shops, eateries and coffee shops. The apartment is well laid out, the amenities great, parking convenient. Danielle is a great host who responds promptly to questions. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a very nice stay in the Airbnb. The location is excellent and easy walk to a fancy mall called the Well. It is also easy walk to major attractions like CN tower. One of our favorite is it has a pretty big supermarket called Farm Boy. It offers many varieties of fresh produce, bakery, and other grocery at very reasonable and the produce is super fresh. The Airbnb has everything we need and is very clean and quiet. The bed is super comfortable like many other guests mentioned. We had very restful nights after long day walking in tourist spots. We highly recommend this place to everyone travel to Toronto. PS: it is approximately 20 -25 minutes walk from Union Station. Uber cost is under $10 Canadian dollars

Truly the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Location was perfect, and the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos depicted. Will definitely be coming back the next time i’m in Toronto!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir konnten zu Fuß die Gegend erkunden und zum Beispiel den See oder den CN Tower in 15-20 Minuten erreichen. Wir haben sogar die Sonne am Abend in dem kleinen privaten Garten genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Great location in Toronto. Walkable distance to CN Tower and meetup points for Niagara Falls. also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Place was very safe and quiet. Allan was very responsive to any questions.
