The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

What a lovely place! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is around peaceful neighborhood, also close to Bangkok's main attractions. The house itself is charming and unique- lots of traditional character with a cozy, lived-in feel. Home is well maintained, very neat. There was a ready supply of drinking water in the fridge, just as we needed them. Air-conditioning was excellent, there is a microwave and garment steamer, complete with other basic amenities. Host, Darin was very responsive and accommodating.

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

The place is good large and close to Shopping mall around the restaurant and private. The room is clean. Host is quickly responding and kindness. I will be come back again.

Our stay was perfect and Watana was extremely responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure our 2 toddlers had the comforts of home! Location was amazing and extremely walkable while still quiet and free of any outside noise. Amenities such as pool and children’s on-site play spaces were a great way to spend rest days.

Ern was so helpful and responsive to my messages. The apartment is beautiful and absolutely huge compared to what I expected! Perfect walking distance to the train, shops and food. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again if I was back in Bangkok!

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

We really enjoy to stay Albert's place. Very spacious, the kitchen is functional were we can cook our breakfast. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, bed are comfortable to sleep. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It’s very close to the train station, supermarket, Chatuchak Night Market, and more—super convenient. The house has a clean pool that the kids really enjoyed. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom amenities. The beds felt like hotel-quality—super comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. When one of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly, they replaced it right away. We’re so grateful we chose this place—definitely the best stay we’ve had in Thailand!

Our family (2+teenager) stayed in this apartment for a month and I can recommend it with confidence. Living room plus two bedrooms plus two bathrooms provided comfort and flexibility that we needed. Place is spaceous, clean and has a great view from the balcony. It's location was ideal for us as well with the shopping malls EMquartier, Terminal 21) just walking distance from the apartment. Plenty of great restaurants around (check out The Local Unico 23). But what's also fantastic - it is very quiet despite being so close to action filled streets. The swimming pool is not big, but nice. Special thanks to the host - was always available to answer questions.

Whenever my family and I are in Thailand we would stay at Vina's place. It is in a very nice location. There's a weekday market downstairs with fresh food and fruits among other things. It is very near the metro, and very easy to get grab taxi. Many nice eating places around. It is also near a 711 and mc Donald's. The staff in the building are all very polite and helpful. They give off a feeling of welcome everytime we pass by. The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could possibly need. Thank you to my hosts for hosting us again. Till our next Thailand trip.

Place was very spacious. Host was always so friendly and attentive to our needs making sure everything went smoothly. When there was hiccups host would respond in minutes to answer any questions. Would recommend this place. Also note if you plan on taking the train station it is about a 15 minute walk!

Great place to stay near nana all the restaurants are nearby aswell as train. The host was absolutely great and the place was super clean. Look forward to trying to book this again for my songkran next year. If you enjoy good food and nightlife a clean cozy home to stay in and great hosts I highly suggest booking here.

The place was really clean and well maintained! The whole place felt very cozy and the hosts were extremely accomodating, they had switched out the sofa bed with a queen bed making the stay extra comfy for our group of 6! The hosts were very responsive when we couldnt figure out how to get in at night.

We had a family trip there, there are several floors, it will be difficult if you have grandparents. For the young people, that’s totally fine. We eat everyday outside, but we saw a bug last night :( I mean even it’s normal at summer country, but still scared us. The china town night market is really close and great place to eat. Additional, very good massages around! After all, I recommend with the reasonable price! The google list shared by owner was very useful! Thank you

The place is awesome, I extended my stay as it was better than what was expected. balcony great to chill , two rooms each with powerful AC. New outlets , clean, very spacey! Thank you for having us 🙏
