It's quite a nice place. Centrally located, it's very close to a big shopping mall and other supermarkets, in addition to the very centre of the city. It's at the same time quiet, as it's on a street with abandoned buildings. There are no shops on the ground at the moment, as it looks like it has been attacked in the war quite recently, with many holes in the building, and the lower, front-facing windows gone, and other spots where windows were being blocked. The Wi-Fi was fine and the host was responsive. It's easy to find and easy to get in too. The amenities worked well, and there are many lights to choose from, to create different ambience. The only thing is that the bed is 2 beds put together so there's a gap in between.

I was scammed on another property and stuck after dark in Kharkiv. Victoria responded quickly and organised check-in in less than an hour. I then had to leave early on short notice. The booking was non-refundable but Victoria offered a partial refund anyway. Amazing host. Very highly recommended.
