The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. The house is full of character and clearly built with a lot of love and care. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

Archana's place is neat and clean having all the required amenities. Archana is a wonderful host & is very prompt in her communication. She makes you feel at home. The facility is completely independent and intrusion free. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an AirBnb in Pashan/Baner area.

Very convenient location in good locality with two garden and good restaurants nearby. An ayurvedic spa next lane, was an added advantage. The furniture shows good taste of the owner.

A well equipped cozy little condo, neat, smooth check in, all basic necessities available, the view is great. Only one drawback being if you’re coming via your own car, i don’t recommend since the parking outside the building is unsafe, my tyre was flattened out deliberately for 2 days straight. Otherwise a really good place for the price.

It is the second time we stayed here this year [2025]. Perfect apartment, nice area. The apartment has everything we need and is close to shops and restaurants. If you gonna stay in Pune, stay here. We recommend this apartment. Responsive and service minded hosts. You can't go wrong with booking this place. We stayed 14 days both times, but you can stay longer or shorter. Enjoy your stay.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. Ample of utensils in kitchen. Washing machine , press, mosquito repellant n other small small things have been taken care of. Overall nice stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at Tapan's place for almost three weeks. I really loved his place. It's peaceful, calm, and at walking distance from grocery shops. Tapan has been really helpful, proactive communicator, and a good care taker throughout the entirety of my stay starting from day one. There were a few minor issues which he rook care of proactively and always made sure to follow up. I really loved the place and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay
