Great place to stay 🫡 Host very responsive, very clear instructions, the house are so comfortable, my family really enjoy it, beautiful view from the living room & balcony especial during night time, bed also comfortable~ Definitely going to repeat again when we come to Penang again~ Everything is good~ (except lift 😂 , need to wait for awhile during peak hour check out time), overall its good to stay as staycation and worth it 🫡

Goh’s place looks exactly like the photos clean, cozy, and well-prepared. She was quick to respond to any questions I had, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

5 Stars – Peaceful, Clean, and Relaxing Stay! I had a truly wonderful stay at DK's. The check-in process was as smooth as silk and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The unit was spotless—very clean - even the sheets so clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the swimming pool from the balcony—it was such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially in the evenings. The entire place is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The unit has everything in the kitchen, you name it you have it. So dont worry. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable getaway. Responsive and friendly owner. As my family arrived early in the morning, I requested to place their luggage somewhere so that they are able to continue with their trip. However, the unit was already cleaned up even before they reached. She went beyond my request. Superb service.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable unit – perfect for families or small groups. The apartment is well-maintained and comes with great facilities such as a large swimming pool (including kids’ pool), a gym, washing machine, strong water pressure, and powerful air-conditioning. The host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Location is strategic – close to Mydin Mall, major highways, and plenty of local eateries. Overall, great value for money and would definitely stay here again!

So far this place is nice to stay. But the problem is waiting lift coming down and going up. If will take more than 10 minutes. I think this is the apartment manager lift timing. Need to improve

We stayed at this property for approximately two weeks and had an overall very positive experience. There was a brief Wi‑Fi issue early in our stay, but the host responded calmly and resolved it promptly, which we truly appreciated. The unit was clean, well‑maintained, and accurately reflected in the listing. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were attentive throughout our stay. The location was a strategic advantage – just a short drive away from Batu Ferringhi’s beaches and George Town’s vibrant cultural districts. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and well‑priced choice. We would certainly recommend it.

Our family of four all so loved the place that my two kids(14& 9) didn’t want to leave after three days of staying, literally. The flat was really clean, beautifully renovated and it exactly matched with the pictures displayed, the facilities and the functions mentioned. But what impressed us the most is that how thoughtful Will and Eva were on every single details to make the place to be like our own home. The communication with them was very easy and they also responded in an extremely timely manner. Penang is a place that our family loves to visit and we will definitely come back to Will and Eva when we plan to take vacation there again.

Clean and nice apartment

My family and I loved this stay! It felt like home. The pool is gorgeous and always clean. The staff is very quick to help with any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

It’s a good residence and you have a beautiful view.

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

Nicely refurbished home and made you feel at home instantly. Like the location and easy to get around. Highly recommend.
