This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

Era quello che cercavamo: villa isolata, tranquilla. L'ampio dehor, attrezzato con tavolo e lettini, guarda su vigneti e cipressi e salendo sulla terrazza/tetto si ha una bella vista del mare. La casa è ampia e confortevole, la padrona di casa è accogliente, sempre premurosa e disponibile. Per noi una vera oasi di relax.

The place is very warm, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the area is very peacful while still being close to a main road that provides easy access. I especially appreciated the mosquito screens on all the windows, such a thoughtful and practical detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. A big thank you to Vic for his help and for driving me at the beginning of my stay. And to top it all off, a little black and white cat came by from time to time, adding a sweet touch to the sejour. Thank you again for the warm welcome and this lovely stay!

Vi trivdes jättebra under vår vistelse! Otroligt fin uteplats med utsikt över byn och havet. Evangelos var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Det var rent och fräscht i boendet. Kommer man med bil kan det vara bra att veta att det är en brant backe upp. Det går att ställa bilen lite längre ned också.

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder stimmen 100-prozentig überein. Es gibt nicht viel zu erzählen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach wie eine kleine Villa!!!! It’s a really great house with everything you need for a great vacation with small kids. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and organized. The pool is nice and big with a lot of chairs around. It’s close to some nice beaches but the village itself is pretty quiet and not much to do. Their are a few taverns and a Bakery at walking distance but the closest supermarket is a 15 minute drive so It’s best to be with a car. We mostly stayed in so for us it was perfect

Cozy villa with a good location and layout. Lovely terrace with a view of the sea and the harbor. Walking distance to the harbor and a nice beach. We were five adults and two children, we had a great time in this villa.

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! What a beautiful home! So nice we never wanted to leave - which is perhaps the only risk.. you won’t see as much of the island. But honestly, everything you need within 50 meters and the most wonderful hosts and help on hand. Hope to be back one day!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison ! L'emplacement est idéal, mais compliqué d’accès sans voiture je vous le recommande donc. La maison est propre, bien entretenue et décorée avec goût. Les lits sont très confortables et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme les produits de toilette et le café fourni. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à nos questions. We, two families of four, spent a week of our summer vacation at Silvia’s Villa. The house itself is very beautiful, so is its furniture, many of which handcrafted and unique. The uniqueness is actually everywhere, and mostly in terms of art pieces around the garden and in the house as well in terms of an amazing view, which changes colours and scenery through the day and according to the weather. Our kids between 12 and 14 years old played hours at the pool and when it the temperatures were high, the interior was still very comfortable. The outer space provided many different beautiful terraces to sit and have breakfast or at night have a drink. One needs a car to reach the house or drive to the beaches of Kea, many of which are by the way very nice, with sand and clear waters. We went diving as well, overall a great experience. Thanks Silvia and family for taking care of us, being so helpful and also flexible with the check-in and -out times! Much appreciated! See you again soon!

Incredible villa, exactly as the photos show. Maria and Mona were great and made the experience so easy and comfortable. The villa is an excellent size, fully equipped with everything you could need (cooking, laundry etc) and very tastefully decorated. The views are amazing and the outdoor space is truly unique - tons of covered and uncovered outdoor space, a good sized pool, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen. The only minor downside is the gravel road to get there which is about 6mins of driving (not a problem). Great local suggestions and overall an extremely positive experience, would highly recommend.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en zo verzorgd en schoon! Van begin tot eind was de communicatie met Natassa perfect! Zoveel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Met een huurauto waren we overal waar we moesten en wilden zijn! Echt een heel fijn verblijf en we willen zeker terugkomen!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig und in den Betten hat man super geschlafen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto und in der Küche hat auch nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

This is our second time staying at Villa Ioanna. We loved it so much last year and couldn’t believe our eyes when we got there. The location is amazing the view is breathtaking. The wonderful sunset on the sea and the 2 different verandas can offer you a different angle every night. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14, they never stopped talking about the villa in Kea, so we booked again to repeat the experience! Many memories made: playing by the pool, having breakfast at the table in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with sea view, eating together outside enjoying fresh fish cooked on the barbecue enjoying the sunset. We explored the beaches nearby like Kampi and Poisses, they are all very beautiful with crystalline water and at the end of May they are very quiet with umbrellas available for free. We went to some restaurants and they were all very nice. Steven is a great host, his information are very clear and helpful. He was always very proactive.

Irini’s place is a real gem, a paradise on earth! If you are looking for peace of mind and relaxation this is the place to be! The house is very well equipped and only 5 minutes from Kea’s town where you can find anything you need. It’s definitely a 5* recommendation!

We are a three-generations family, with 2- and 4-year old kids, rented the villa for six nights and enjoyed it very much. Everything went just perfect: from the check-in that happened to be in very late hours until the late check-out in convenient afternoon. The villa was spotless clean, very convenient, every small detail is taken into account: great swimming pool, nets on the windows, BBQ ready for usage, and many other small touches that make a vacation unforgettable. Five bedrooms on different floors (we used four) with comfortable beds and independent A/C, several bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi). The area is very peaceful, a few minutes of drive to supermarkets, beach, restaurants. Many special thanks to Oleg, who is a very kind, caring, and helpful host! The communication was very quick and easy. Highly recommended, great value for the money. It was really a fantastic pick.
