Vacation rentals with beach access in Kea-Kythnos

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

Kostas and his family were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They were the best hosts. The listing was just as described. The sea-facing terrace is great and it was nice to eat and spend time with the family. Three bedrooms allowed family members to have their own peace. The sea is right next door and a couple of hundred meters away is the nearest beach for swimming, the larger sandy beaches are a kilometer and two kilometers away. We also had a lovely girl cat with us, who is really friendly and close to people. Remember to put water on the table for him! Daskalio village has really steep hills, so you have to drive carefully with the car and if you do jogging, there are good opportunities for uphill training. The area is peaceful and when we were there before the actual summer holiday season, the restaurants were not open for a week. The nearest decent grocery stores are in Keratéa, so driving is essential.

Very attentive and flexible host. Modern and practical accommodation. Unbeatable ocean views. Spacious terrace to relax and dine if you feel like it and it's not windy. Quiet location, although close to restaurants, bars within walking distance. Beach 50 meters away and two others about 800 meters away. A good base for visiting the rest of the island, ideally by motorbike.

Had a great stay here in our way through Athens. Couple minutes walk to the beach and to the mini market/nice restaurants. Very peaceful, low-key town. Efi was an amazing host, always responsive and providing great recommendations and advice. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Oksana’s apartment in Kato Souniou. It was the perfect finale to our Greece vacation where we just relaxed and played in the water for several days. The apartment is comfortable and clean and within walking distance to the beach, a fantastic bakery, and several good restaurants. It’s close to the Temple of Poseidon and the town of Lavrio. We even took a day trip to the island of Kea on the ferry, which conveniently leaves from the town. Oksana is a very responsive host and I highly recommend her place.

Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

Maria was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed and knew all we needed to know about the island! She was on hand to help at all times couldn’t recommend her enough! The flat was amazingly located and had everything we needed and wanted! Highly recommend. You will need and want a car to get around!

It was a wonderful relaxing holiday, the apartment has everything you need for living and even more. We really enjoyed eating on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the citrus garden. The beach is very close to the property and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious coffee on the beach. We are very grateful for the hospitality of the hosts, who tried to solve all our problems in a few minutes. Grace deserves a private cuddle 💓

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is even better than the photos. Everything is new and every detail is taken care of for comfort. Really tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

We stayed with Katerina for the second time and as always were very satisfied.

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. We especially enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and the sunset.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitra’s place in Koundouros. The house was warm, cozy, and spotless — everything was exactly as described, if not better. The view is absolutely wonderful, and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. We enjoyed total quiet and privacy, and the nearby beaches are not only very close but also some of the best we’ve seen. Dimitra was a great host — everything was smooth from start to finish. A solid 5-star experience on Airbnb without question. Highly recommended for couples and families!

Beautiful place! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

It was remote, but a real gem! Leto was able to get us into the house at the last minute as we had plans that canceled. The view was outstanding. We did not have a car, but a kind taxi driver got us there and offered to come get us at the end of the trip. Transportation is a must if you are going to be there a few days.

There were 2 of us, we stayed for a week in this beautiful place. Very nice view. Anastasia was very attentive, very warm and friendly. She made us comfortable right away. The hotel is close to 2 different beaches on foot with very good tavernas. Daskalio is a very small village. It is better to have a car because no convenience store but Anastasia is available to help if besoi👌. I recommend 💯 this place if you are with family and are looking for peace and quiet.
