Vacation rentals with beach access in Kavala

We had a lovely time. The house is right next to the beach. Dimitra is a very kind person, easy to communicate with. There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view. Everything is as described.

Great apartment, right by the sea with an amazing view and just a few steps to the beach. The apartment was super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. Niko is a great host, very helpful and always there for you. Definitely recommended!

Preisleistungsverhältnis SUPER! Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, tolle Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants. Zimmer sehr einfach und modern gehalten und sehr sauber. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren nur vier Tage da, wegen einer Hochzeit - nächstes Mal gerne länger für den richtigen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank für alles 🙏🏼

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, καθαρότητα κορυφαία, όλα μοσχοβόλαγαν, πολύ νοικοκυρεμένο. Έχει πολύ όμορφη θέα θάλασσα. Έχει θέση πάρκινγκ όπου περνάς στο ασανσέρ και ανεβαίνεις στο σπίτι, πολύ σημαντικό. Ο Ναπολέων είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το προτείνω σε όλους!

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde, temiz ve yeteri kadar donanimli bir konuştu. Bina eski bir bina ancak içi gayet temiz ve güzel. Kaldığımız odanın tek sıkıntısı balkonu yoktu. Yine konaklamam gerekse tercih ederim. Teşekkürler

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

O locuință superbă cu o priveliște minunată. Gazda a făcut recomandări în privința restaurantelor , magazinelor și activităților de pe insula. Parcare suficientă pentru 3-4 mașini , casa fiind amplasata într-o zona liniștită , lipsită de gălăgie in orice moment al zilei.

Alles war perfekt! Jeden Tag zu diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen war wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht abreisen. Die Kommunikation zu Melissa war auch super nett.

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Ev sakin ve güzel bir muhitte. Balkonundan hoş bir manzarası var. Temizliği ve tasarımı da çok iyi. Ev sahibimizin yönlendirmeleri ve yerel tavsiyeleri de çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz Savvas restorana bayıldık. Evdeki ikramlar da çok hoş ve memnun ediciydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Anastasia's house is a very nice house to stay in peace. There is always hot water for showers. There are enough kitchenware for those who want to have breakfast at home, maybe a classic teapot could have be better. There is a great stove, clean and easy to use. We stayed in May and a few logs of wood were enough to sleep in a warm house until the morning. Although there were instructions on the way to the house, we arrived very late at night, so we had some difficulty finding the house. The house is outside the village, so you need a car to go shopping, have breakfast or at least to the beach.

Everything was perfect. The house is surrounded with magnolia trees you can enjoy in the beautiful garden. We had a great time there we felt just like home. Maria and her husband are great hosts. So friendly and helpful. When we arrive to the house Maria had made a cake for us and she gave local recommendations to us. The house is spotless clean and you can find whatever you need. There are 2 close beaches to the house that has crystal clear waters. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had great time at Thenia's place. It was spacious (we were 6 adults and 2 kids), located very close to the beach and overall close to Kavala and the nearby beaches. Thenia is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate. We had everything necessary for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie hatte ein besonders bequemes Bett. Atemberaubend ist der Balkon mit der Aussicht. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge wie nur für uns gemacht. 😍 Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Traumhaft! Unsere Vermieter waren wieder sehr freundlich und doch sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Problemen (wir hatten uns einen Grill gewünscht) wurde sofort eine Lösung herbeigeführt. 😊 Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder hierher. Alles bestens!

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again. Най-много ни хареса барбекю зоната с автентичен гръцки камък и романтично осветление. Локацията е невероятна. Задължително ще ви посетим отново. Благодаря за всичко!
