The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super connected by bus, which departs almost right outside the door to the ski resort. Communication was hassle-free and accommodation very comfortable :)

We were in Prutz for skiing and were very satisfied with the location. We drove to the slopes every day by car, but the ski bus would also have stopped in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation is small but nice and is completely sufficient for an active vacation. We particularly enjoyed the super hot shower. Questions were always answered immediately and check in and out were like cords. If you are on the road during the day, I highly recommend it.

The surroundings are spectacular with across the street groceries and close skiing. The highway noise was a bit more than we expected but tolerable because the river is nice and the balcony views are amazing! The place can sleep/eat four but the couch can only seat one. Overall wonderful stay! Hope to return someday! Also, the coffee maker requires specific cups not provided.
