The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.
