Towels are changed every 2 days and sheets every 4 nights. You are responsible for cleaning. Cleaning on the last day is included, except for the dishes, which must be clean and tidy, the rubbish bins and the fridge, which must be emptied.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
