We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

Прекрасное место, очень удобная локация, очень-очень заботливый хозяин. Всегда был на связи, вызывал нам такси из аэропорта и в аэропорт, угощал вкусными вещами из кондитерской из Никосии. Поздний заезд, поздний выезд. Прекрасный вид. Тихое место, при этом очень близко к торговому центру и супермаркету. В квартире есть все, что нужно: все возможные моющие средства, соль, чай, пряности, пленка, фольга и бумага для запекания, причем это явно было куплено специально для гостей, шампунь и гель для душа, коврики для йоги. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Из окрестностей мы оценили пекарню Zorpas, ну и в целом - расположение центральное, достаточно близко до всего. Небольшое пожелание - добавить столовых приборов: вилок, столовых ложек и особенно маленьких ложек, их осталось три. В целом очень рекомендую.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need; it's also very clean. I loved my stay there. The only downside is that you have to turn on the water heater and wait about 30 minutes to get hot water. You definitely need transportation while staying here, as nothing is close by. Be sure to buy groceries and water before your arrival. The host provides clear instructions on how to get there; since it's a new construction, don't follow Google Maps—use the directions provided by the host. This is our 2nd time at Lemon Tree and we love it. it's spotless, spacious and has everything you need. The hosts are fantastic and very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a good safe area and is walkable to most amenities. Well Done great place to stay in Cyprus.

The apartment is quite big and necessary items are provided. No self check in but communication with Andreas was easy. Great location to go to the beach and explore Paphos archeological site.

The house was as expected , everything clean and ready for us even extra towels including swimming towels which were most welcome. The new ceiling fans were brilliant when it became hotter than expected . This home was just what we needed. Located in the old village you need to drive to the beach and it is not a flat walk to the old village which can be hard if you are unfit or if it is too hot. However it is possible and under 10 minutes. The swimming pool was fantastic and only just behind the house . The local shops and restaurants are friendly and good value for money. The host gave lots of tips and information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would love to visit again

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

Fantastic villa in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Bay’s bars and restaurants. Michalis was very responsive, quickly answering any questions and resolving a minor issue in person within two hours.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cyprus. The location was perfect, and the view from the patio was absolutely stunning, one of those places where you genuinely enjoy just sitting and soaking it all in. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Koula, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, she was kind, attentive, and truly made the stay feel special. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice, local touch to the trip. We had some genuinely great interactions with them. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Domek świetnie wyposażony- jest tutaj wszystko czego można potrzebować. Przy domku miejsce parkingowe. Właścicielka b . pomocna . Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Cypru :-)

I had an amazing time at Mario’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, local attractions, restaurants, and very easy to get around. Mario was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided great local tips and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect — restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and boat rentals are all just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. We had small luggage, so the stairs were no problem, but be aware that there’s no elevator. It might be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Lovely Airbnb, just like photos and Kirsty was really clear with instructions. Had everything we needed, lovely outside area to have breakfast. Pool area was lovely, sun loungers provided. Very quiet so always had the pool to ourselves. Lovely elderly couple next door, definitely say hello to them. Quiet community although sometimes the local bar has very loud karaoke and music but we were ok with that. We would definitely stay again if we come to Cyprus. Would recommend renting a car to get around the island as not much close, good little supermarket close. Thank you!

Antoine is a hospitable host. Gave us all the instructions and recommendations for a comfortable vacation. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos. The pool is a great addition to the apartment. I sent Antoine in personal communication some comments to improve the comfort of the apartment, as over time some details need to be updated/repaired and it is a natural process and Antoine promised to accept my comments. The sea and the promenade are 10 minutes walk at most . The shopping center with a large grocery store is also within walking distance. Take the car and go to the zoo to touch the lemurs!) I recommend this apartment for a vacation.
