The apartment was very clean! All the essentials are there! Hosts are kind and helpful! Everything about it was Super!

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Perfect starting point to explore Chalkidiki and surroundings, by car. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Various seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Savvas quickly and kindly inquired about our condition and gave us helpful tips. Overall, we were very pleased with our host and "KatIcon Haus Sozopolis"!

Excellent accommodation choice. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed, which was also in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for whatever we needed. We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

We would be there for the 2nd time, as we were very satisfied the 1st time and the communication with Eleni and her husband was great and the apartment meets our expectations in every way. We'll be back and looking forward to seeing you again. Clear recommendation!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I felt right at home at Eleni's place. It was very clean, tidy and smelled good of flowers. I enjoyed it very much. Eleni is a very neat nice lady. I'd love to come back. I highly recommend it here.

George's apartment was exactly as described. The location directly on the beach is perfect, the view from the terrace fantastic. George was responsive at all times and responded promptly. The flexible check-in with the lockbox worked well, which was very important because we arrived in the middle of the night. Our two children had their own bedroom with a bunk bed. The dining table is installed in the kitchen and needs to be pulled out. It worked well. The decor may not be the newest one, but it's all in good shape. We can recommend the apartment and also George as a landlord to everyone. Glad to come back!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!
