ocean view room "Blue" in eco villa, Zanzibar

Our stay at Donatella's was great! The location is beautiful, tastefully furnished and in full Zanzibar style, it makes you feel at home but without betraying local tradition. The room is very nice, the right size with access to the terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunrise, sunbathe or relax. Breakfast is the highlight of the day, freshly prepared with local products. Donatella was a wonderful host, always ready to help us and give us valuable advice to make sure we enjoyed the experience in the best way and didn't miss anything. There is nothing that did not satisfy us and we will definitely be back!

La Playa Paradsie, Pleasant room with breakfast

Price performance ok. I really liked that the accommodation is occupied almost all the time, i.e. we had a very safe feeling even during our excursions. Breakfast is fine, you always get fruit and something different African every day. On request, there are also other things. Family atmosphere.
A villa with a serene atmosphere is framed by natural stone walls. Sun loungers are positioned around a clear pool, with towels elegantly placed on them. A small terrace features wooden chairs and lush greenery, creating a relaxing outdoor space. Stairs lead to an upper level.

Villa Pepo

The villa more or less meets the description, needs some renovation. Close to the beach and kids loved the pool. The surrounding is not so nice because of construction all around. Very nice communication from Eliasa, thank you very much!

Mama Recho's Villa near Beach with local Cuisine

GáborRating, 5 stars5 months ago
A very well-equipped villa, especially if you keep your eyes open and see the conditions in which the local people live in their immediate surroundings. The locals are friendly and open, only language can be a barrier to making friends. We spent these few days just lazing around, we only went to the beach to go to the beach, to search in the sea, to play football in the sand. There is not a huge selection of restaurants and they are a bit more expensive than the other village we visited, Jambiani. The apartment and the kitchen are well equipped, you can also spend time in the garden, everything is added. We experienced something that we rarely get used to during our travels: the TV was not just a decoration on the wall, it worked, with lots of channels. Adam and Rahel are our two hosts. We found that Adam was there and easily available for us, he uses his phone, he doesn't only respond through the airbnb interface. He was at our disposal regarding power outages and internet problems
