All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The apartment is located in the center of Seligenstadt on the 2nd floor. Market square, monastery, Freihof and Main can be reached on foot in one minute. The train station is about 5 minutes by foot to the swimming pool in about 8 minutes. The apartment was completely newly created in 2016. The furnishings are new.

Enjoy your stay in this spacious, cozy place. There is plenty of space in the three bedrooms and the large kitchen-living room and in the garden you can relax and enjoy the evenings outdoors. The train station and the Main bike path are within a few minutes' walk. Free parking is also available.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
