Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kargıcak

The view of the house where 3 families stayed was very nice. The layout of the house was very handy. Only some parts of the house need minor maintenance. We had a nice vacation.

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. The place was stunning, the views breathtaking and we cannot wait to come back. If you want to relax and be blown away by beauty, rent Chak’s place - you can thank me later!

Levent is the main reason this review gets a 5/5. His hospitality is the best thing. He is always available and easygoing . He even went as far as fetching us from different locations around Alanya on some days when we were stranded. He even dropped us off at the airport in Antalya on the last day. He exchanged our washing machine within minutes when it stopped working. He is generally a very professional, respectful and kind person. It’s a nice little one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It’s on the 4th floor but the lift is always working. You have full access to a gas stove, fridge and washing machine. No basic supplies are provided. The main issue was the shower being lukewarm to cold in seconds which was quite unpleasant as it was winter, Levent couldn’t solve this . Apartment is cold as there is no underfloor heating but a noisy A/C. Sheets were cleaned but the mattress protector is covered in hair. The WiFi would disappear sporadically and this is not ideal for online work

Good afternoon. We rested 32 days. I liked everything. Friendly homeowner. Beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful housing complex. There are three supermarkets nearby. The sea is not far across the street. Peace and quiet all around. The apartment meets expectations. The most important thing is the wonderful air. Good internet and TV.

I felt like I was home. It was a very comfortable house. There were all kitchen utensils, and we cooked. Everything needed was considered, it was in the house. The comfort of the furniture, the spaciousness of the house, the fact that the complex is equipped, a house in nature overlooking the quiet peaceful trees where we wake up with the sound of birds in the morning. I would like to thank him for being a very interested and good host. He was also very helpful in places to visit with his suggestions. We're already thinking about coming back.

Pleasant, beautiful and clean

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Everything was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived later than expected. The owner waited for us and greeted us personally! This is a real human relationship that warms the soul :) Thank you very much for this! The villa itself is clean and cozy, it has everything you need for life. We were a big family and everyone was accommodated comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, so it will be cool in any heat :) There is also a fairly large swimming pool on site. Very clean and well maintained. The water in it was always very warm) I would also like to note that there is a small pool for children next to the main one. 15 minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes by car/scooter. Pebble beach, you can take a sunbed, a cafe, everything you need for a good holiday :) So our holiday was wonderful, thanks again to the owner for his hospitality and responsiveness, I hope we will come again ! :)

The location of the house is very good right across from the supermarket and pharmacy. The house is no different than the photos. The nice useful pool is great. It can be a problem for those who can't swim just because of the height of the pool. I think its height is around 180cm. Every item that can be used in the house has been considered. There is no sunbeds on the beach. It can be rented from hotels a little ahead. The host was very caring and very polite. Our only problem was the showers upstairs with little water. It was flowing like a rope. We two families left very happy. Thank you very much

It was an amazing experience! The villa hosted by Seda was one of the best stays on Airbnb. The villa has a stunning view, is very clean, and offers great comfort. This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!
