Vacation rentals with beach access in Kargıcak Beach

The host, Mr. Kayhan, was very interested in the issues directly, the house was really spotless, towels, bed sheets, bathroom, and toilet were sparkling clean. The location of the house can be reached anywhere without using a vehicle very close to the beach and the center. There are almost all small household items inside the house, including a coffee maker, and it is very clean. In general, there is no noise etc. in the building, it is a very peaceful environment Having a private parking lot makes it very easy for you not to deal with the parking problem in a very busy neighborhood. I can say that it is the best alternative to choose, I highly recommend it.

The house is very spacious and clean, and there is access to many beaches in 5 minutes by car. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, dryer at home and they have provided everything up to detergents. The towels were brand new, the sheets were clean, we were very pleased

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already at the beach, which is not as crowded here as further to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a gem. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have been to Alanya so many times in private apartments as a guest. Oezdal and Eda's apartment is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed! We were a family of 6 there and everyone loved it! The apartment corresponded to everything in the description! Also the contact was great . If what was, azis came right away , I think he's like a caretaker! The car rental also worked out super mega friendly, the organized Karim for us . Murat the car rental also mega kind and accommodating. So if you want to rent something, I recommend asking Karim about murat . The excursions were great . We stayed at Dimcayi which is a must for everyone! To go to another city or area, the 1 bus is very good, which runs about 30 minutes per person 1€ directly to Alanya. We would come back anytime, felt very comfortable. Especially the little ones in the pool, which was always just great until 10 pm. The only thing that is not so nice, that is the beach as it is only stone beach there I recommend waterproof shoes ! the market ( Mondays ) directly 5 min from the apartment is good and cheaper than the others !

Hello, I would definitely recommend you to go to this accommodation, my favorite part of the house was that all the tools and equipment were available for the kitchen and other rooms. The location was also good. It was within walking distance to the beach. I thank Mr. Mehmet Ali for his smiling face. If I were to go to Alanya, I would consider staying here again.

It was a very nice holiday where we felt at home. The host is very caring and responds promptly. Only in the kitchen was missing a toaster and no tea maker or tea kettle for tea.

Wonderful host and wonderful place. We wanted to live some time in Cala, near the fortress. You can walk to it. There is amazing air of pine trees and luxurious views of the city and cove. Quiet at night. There is a wonderful garden. The apartment is very comfortable, on two levels, everything you need is there. Shops are not far away. Climbing uphill from the city is a good workout to be on your toes, but for someone it can be an inconvenience. Good and fast internet. Inga is a responsive and friendly host who was always in touch.

We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I'll definitely come back.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very well maintained and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

I had an amazing stay! Ozgur was an amazing, responsive, friendly host. The apartment is as exact as the pictures and everything was awesome!

We were in Alanya visiting a friend so only really used the apartment for the basics. It was the perfect location for us, 2 minute walk from the beach, very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived but a quick call to Macit and it was soon fixed. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment, so can't comment on cooking facilities, but it was perfect for the basics of sleeping, showering etc. It is very close to a couple of large hotels, and the music from those was quite loud at night. This didn't bother us, we still slept well, but it could be a problem for someone else.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

great host perfect facility very satisfied

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!
