Romantic Suites of Kythira

AlexRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

Trifillianika Traditional House

DimitriosRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The house is renovated, at the same time it retains a traditional style. Spaces are comfortable, clean and well cared for. The stay is comfortable for 7 people. The equipment in the house (appliances, linens, etc.) is complete. The yard of the house is great. The house is very well located, close to Potamos village. The neighborhood of the house is quiet and welcoming. Zacharias was very helpful, hospitable and available, everything we needed we had.

Villa house in northern Kythira

CharlesRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A big thank you to Stefanos for hosting us. Everything was perfect during our stay: personalized welcome, little touches, impeccable house, charming and peaceful place... The house is really large and spotless, and it is very well positioned in a beautiful little charming and peaceful village just a few kilometers from shops and Potamos. Beaches are just a short drive away. Stefanos went above and beyond to make our stay an enchantment. She is a very friendly person who welcomes you warmly with little daily touches. There are all kinds of brochures about things to see and do about Cythera. It's also a good tip to give you the best places on the island. We would have liked to stay a few more days to enjoy the house and the kindness and conversations with Stefanos! We recommend his rental without limit and thank him again from the bottom of our heart.

Guesthouse above the Sea

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a wonderful place! The pictures tell you. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Panayotis and Maria are very friendly and helpful. They live in the house above which is convenient if you need something but they fully respect your privacy and it feels like you are living alone above the beach. We would totally stay here again!

Aretousa

Excellent place. The pics don't really do it justice -- it is more spacious than it looks, a d has a wonderful and really tall wooden roof. The view from the balcony is great: the sea is just a couple of meters away and you can hear the waves at night. Eleni was great at communication. It was super clean and we'll stocked (including the kitchen). Price is very fair for what you get. Just note that her father in law lives downstairs (didn't bother us at all). The only downside is that it is far from the main settlement (the Chora) and that it is a tiny, sleepy village. That's something I enjoyed, but it's good to keep in mind if you don't. Taxis are very expensive and I believe there are no public buses on this island. So you must rely on a rental car. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

the travellers nest laconia

CarlaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location of the cottage particularly enchanted us. It's so quiet and peaceful there. The surroundings are in no way inferior: walks in the morning or evening hours around the hamlet of Korakas and in the nearby Petrified Forest, or a hike to the southern tip of Agia Marina. You should stock up on food on the way to Neapolis. There is a large, modern refrigerator with freezer. The induction stove also works great. However, the shower faucet should be replaced. We would like to return to this beautiful place again.
