Therefore, you can go all the way for skiing, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, and much more. A supermarket, bus stop, playground and a lake with recreation and restaurants are within walking distance. Upon request, the bakery will arrive at home. The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have at their disposal: a large living room, new kitchen, sunny conservatory, bedroom, small bedroom, anteroom, bathroom, toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden to be used in the east of the house. We are happy to inform our guests and are usually available in person.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
