You can therefore go in any direction for skiing, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, and much more. A supermarket, bus stop, playground and a lake with recreation and hospitality are within walking distance. Upon request, the baker will come to the house. The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

Peaceful location, bus stop and supermarket within a 7-minute walk downhill; Kampler See, with a refreshment stop, is 10 minutes away. Free parking in front of the house. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.
