Fully furnished living / bedroom with high quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, TV 55 ", high speed wifi, etc. Spacious bathroom with washing machine, shower. Free parking in building, bicycle parking under cover.

Das ganze Apartment kostet 70€/Nacht - egal wie viel Personen darin übernächtigen. Auf Wunsch können wir einen Frühstücks Korb vor die Türe stellen. Das Frühstück pro Person kostet 8€ extra. Derzeit leben 47 Alpakas am Hof. Der Zugang zum Stall ist für unsere Gäste immer offen. Unsere Alpakas und wir freuen uns auf Sie!

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

Ich bin Markus und wohne mit meiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Vierkanthof aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit 4.000m² Wiese & Wald. Wir möchten auch euch die Möglichkeit geben, hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Familie und/oder Freunden zu verbringen. In mehrjähriger und sehr aufwändiger Sanierung wurde der Hof komplett erneuert. Es entstanden vier Wohneinheiten. Im Ostflügel wohnen wir, im Südteil befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung und im südwestlichen Teil entstanden 2 Chalets.
