Excellent location, parking spaces are available. Beach , cafes, restaurants within a few minutes walk , while the place is a little away from all the establishments and due to this there is no noise.

The place was spacious, very clean and cosy. It was equiped with everything we could ever think of using and Theodora even left us some wine, wather and fruits to make umour stay even better. It was really close to the sea and had a lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

Very beautiful space, beautifully decorated. Immediate hot water due to natural gas. Ground floor facing the street and not inside an apartment building, there is no balcony. Parking in the area is difficult to impossible and the streets are very narrow if you have a large car. There is paid parking 500 meters away, relatively cheap. It could have been a little more affordable for its features. However, it is a very good choice for the location.

Nandia’s place is located in one of the best areas of Thessaloniki, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, you do need a car to get to the city center. It's exactly what you need to relax. Her place was very well-kept. From there, you can plan your excursions to explore the city’s ancient and Byzantine heritage, its beaches, and its amazing food. Overall, everything was great and we had an amazing time! The view of the sea from the window was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We needed some help figuring out how to use the stove, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!
