Vacation rentals in Kalogria

This was probably one of the best Airbnb's I stayed at. There were so many considerate and attentive gestures, like fresh water, foods, beers in the fridge, coffee, soaps, shampoos, you name it. The area is gorgeous and peaceful and you will hear (and see!) the jackals howling at night. Diamanto was very kind and hospitable and the communication went excellent. Thank you for a nice stay!!

οικοδέσποινα ήτανε ευγενέστατη. Το σπιτάκι ήτανε πεντακάθαρο τακτοποιημένο και ό,τι χρειάζεται το βρίσκεις. Η τοποθεσία πού βρίσκεται είναι καταπληκτική έχει φοβερή θέα και ησυχία. Το βράδυ κάθεσαι άνετα χωρίς να ζεσταίνεσαι. Εχει μία γλυκιά δροσιά. Αν και πήγα μόνη μου ένα άτομο άνετα μπορεί να μείνουν τρία άτομα . Το προτείνω άφοβα και θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ.

Wir hatten als Paar mit unseren zweijährigen Sohn einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Gabriele. Der Garten ist wild romantisch, mit viel Privatsphäre und tollen Terrassen zum Essen, Sonnen, Spielen, Yoga… und Blick auf das Meer! Für uns war das Haus perfekt und wir mochten die individuelle Gestaltung und Verwendung von „echten“ Materialen wie Holz und Stein sehr. Wer eine Ikea-Wohnung sucht, ist hier aber falsch. Vielleicht noch ein Hinweis: das Bad ist klein (aber voll funktionsfähig) und nur durch eine Schwingtür abgetrennt. Für uns kein Problem, aber wenn man sich nicht gut kennt, vielleicht ungewöhnlich. Die Lage bei Stoupa mit allen Restaurants und trotzdem ruhig, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum tollen Strand Kalogria, 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt ist toll! Gabriele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb tower! The views of the countryside are stunning and so peaceful. It’s the perfect spot for morning yoga in the designated outdoor area, where you can enjoy the fresh air and calm surroundings. The design of the tower is impeccable—everything is modern, stylish, and super comfortable. Plus, it was extremely clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in a beautiful setting, this place is ideal! Highly recommend it!

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

I had booked the accommodation for my parents. The accommodation is in a great location and there are plenty of parking options nearby. The accommodation is also very suitable for older people with a slight walking disability. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are also lots of restaurants and cafés there. Kirki's mother is very nice and was there if you needed help. It would be good to make a few minor repairs, but all in all we were satisfied.

I wanted a place where I could enjoy my workouts with a great view, and this property in Mani exceeded all my expectations! The spacious and comfortable space was perfect for my daily exercise routine. After a good workout, I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi, which helped me unwind and ease my muscles. With breathtaking views and a calm atmosphere, it’s the ideal place to stay active and pamper yourself afterward!

Another wonderful stay in this lovely studio at Kalogria beach. Right by the beautiful beach and next to the best restaurants in Stoupa! The new air conditioning unit is fantastic! The new bathroom is great and the place is spotless. Kanaris was responsive and friendly but we didn’t need to contact him. Highly recommend for its great beach location. We will be back!
