Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Helmuts Bungalow. Auf jeden Fall war es eine einmalige Erfahrung. Ich hatte wahrscheinlich etwas zu blumige Erwartungen an einen Urlaub auf einer betriebenen Farm. Je nach Jahreszeit und Wetter wird es nachts schon ziemlich heiß im Haus und gleichzeitig versuchen auch viele Tierchen ins Haus, bzw. zum Licht zu kommen. Wenn man eine rustikale und ursprüngliche Erfahrung machen möchte, passt alles schon. Die Farmersfamilie nebenan ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Essen war sehr gut. Vielen Dank!

Anné was an extremely hospitable host. She was very accommodating with us being digital nomads and needing to work online. The grounds are beautiful and delicious breakfast. Great value for money!

We had a truly wonderful stay on Wietske’s little farm. The house is beautifully and lovingly furnished, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen was especially well equipped, which we appreciated as we love to cook. The location is just perfect – nestled in nature, yet with the convenience of town infrastructure close by. It felt like having our own private nature retreat! We loved the peace and quiet, and the kids were absolutely thrilled with the playground and the animals visiting the waterhole – unforgettable moments for them. We felt completely safe at all times. Most of all, we want to highlight Wietske’s warm and caring hospitality. She supported us so kindly, even with some special issues like visas and car matters, and was always available to help. As a digital nomad family, we've met many hosts – but Wietske and her family truly stand out. Their kindness and generosity touched us deeply. We’d love to come back, next time for even longer.

I was completely satisfied with the room and everything was perfect, I would love to stay again

I was greeted very warmly and taken to my room. Everything was great. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds, very good internet. The breakfast was great and included. For dinner I had crocodile kebab, which was delicious. The tour of the farm was also very interesting. I learned a lot about crocodiles and I was even able to hold a small one in my hands. So cool.

Wie kann man in Worte fassen, wie toll die Unterkunft von Liane und Jack ist? Ich weiß es nicht, ich finde fast die gebührenden Worte nicht. Ich versuche es: es gibt mehrere Gebäude am Anwesen. Alles in einen wunderschönen, grünen, üppigen, Palmen und Sukkulenten bewachsenen, traumhaften Garten. Wir konnten zwei Häuser nutzen: unser Wohnhaus, sauber, gemütlich, große Wohnküche offen zu großer, überdachter Terrasse mit schönem Sundowner Grillplatz und ein Traum von einem POOLHAUS, mit Pool und Liegen, und Tischen und Sesseln... ALLES super sauber. Jack und Liane waren so großzügig. Überall war alles perfekt ausgestattet mit Holz zum Feuer machen, Obst und Wasser für uns,..... Die Schlafzimmer haben beide ein Nebenzimmer mit Einzelbetten für weitere Gäste oder Kinder. Die Matratzen waren gut und angenehm. Fest und gut zum Schlafen. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber Familie war sehr freundlich, immer für uns erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlung!
