We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a half-timbered farmhouse on a family-run equestrian center at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The complex includes a piece of forest that borders a river, several ponds and many beautiful corners. In addition, a large riding hall, a round hall and two riding arenas. If you are interested, it is possible to bring your own horses and to board them with full board. There are many beautiful hikes, lakes and other attractions in the area.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic spa of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony you sit between herbs (for self-harvesting) & flowers on teak furniture.
