Fabulous stay in this very quaint village, truly a special find. we loved the beautiful decor in the house, everything was exceptional and beautiful and tasteful. Thanks to Madeleine for a warm welcome and great recommendations on the village eateries , Karoo Artist cafe was such a win for yummy lamb chops!!

Very nice and clean place. Traci - Bev’s helper - is wonderful. The location is a short walk to a large grocery store and fast food. Local taxis and especially food delivery have a difficult time finding it even with Google maps, which is a bit of a hassle. Bev and Traci provide a taxi who knows it well and can help.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everything was just as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Magrieta was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant getaway.

Fabulous historic house with plenty of amenities. Irene and Rob were also wonderful hosts. We loved their garden and array of succulent plants. Would stay with them again!

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht und hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus selbst war einfach perfekt für uns. Es war sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und wir konnten problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Der Wohnbereich war ebenfalls sehr einladend, und wir haben dort viel Zeit damit verbracht, uns zu entspannen und die schöne Umgebung zu genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls ideal. Es war ruhig und friedlich, aber dennoch in der Nähe von allem, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten leicht die Gegend erkunden und hatten einen tollen Spaziergang durch die Natur. Es war wirklich der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere kleinen Abenteuer. Was jedoch wirklich herausragend war, war die Gastfreundschaft. Sie waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben wirklich dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir danken Ihnen nochmals für alles!

Mary’s place was lovely. It was warm and homey and close to most places Mary recommended such lovely restaurants We highly recommend it and hopefully be back very soon. The skylit roof was everything, the lighting 👌🏿. Would just recommend a full body mirror but thats very minor.

Elsa's place was absolutely ideal for our self catering trip. It is perfectly located between Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. The facilities are excellent and exceeded our expectations. Elsa was the perfect host. She was fruendly, communicated extremely well, provided excellent recommendations and was super responsive. We really appreciated that. Her place offers very safe secure lock-up parking and is generally very secure. We felt very safe. The facility is on the ground floor and is right on the Langstrand beach. We loved staying here and reccommend it highly.

We had a nice stay in Eline's apartment in central Windhoek. Everything you need is available and the building even has a pool and a gym. The apartment was a little bit cold when we were there but there are enough blankets, etc for it to still be comfy. A big thanks also to the very nice communication and always promt replies from Eline.

It was a wonderful experience that elevated my entire trip. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It was immaculately clean, sparkling from corner to corner. Die Wohnung war super sauber, hell und freundlich. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, wie auch mit den Kontaktpersonen vor Ort verlief schnell und Fürsorglich. Das einzige, was man nicht unterschätzen sollte ist, dass die Restaurants 15 min Fußweg entfernt sind. In Deutschland würde man auch im dunkeln heim laufen, davon rate ich dringend ab. Manche Restaurants bieten einen Fahrservice an. Klare Empfehlung.

A very good experience. The house itself is excellent and the landlord is very friendly. The landlord provides guests with free welcome fruits such as apples, oranges and bananas. There is also free milk, yogurt, water and juice in the refrigerator. It's very thoughtful. Next time when I go to Swakopmond, I will definitely choose to stay here first.

Thank you for a great stay! We enjoyed the convenient location between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. It was amazing to watch the sun setting over the ocean and at the same time the moon rising over the desert.

Wat ons meteen opviel toen we binnenkwamen, was hoe brandschoon de accomodatie was! Dit hebben we vaak genoeg anders meegemaakt, dus dit was een fijne binnenkomer. Het appartement is ruim opgezet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De grote slaapkamer is ruimtelijk en heeft genoeg ruimte om je bagage uit te stallen. De badkamer is zo fijn.. we hebben allebei heerlijk genoten van het bed en de warme douche. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben er zelf bijna geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar het heeft alle benodigheden voor een het bereiden van een goede maaltijd. Je bent met een paar minuten lopen op het strand of in het centrum met veel leuke restaurants en winkels. Enige nadeel? Het is vreselijk gehorig en wij hebben veel last gehad van het (hard rijdende en driftende) verkeer ‘s nachts Dus als je een erg lichte slaper bent; neem oordoppen mee!

A great place to stay in Windhoek. very comfortable, had all the amenities a traveller might need, well located and priced. Owners were great to deal with and very accommodating.

Great location! Safe garage parking! Within walking distance to a lot of main attractionsrestaurants/cafe’s! Will definitely stay there again 👌🏼

Already my second stay with Irene and again everything was carefully prepared by Irene, she was quick to answer and it the appartment was perfectly clean and cozy just as I remembered it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The flat is well equipped with all basic appliances and amenities, and it was very comfortable as a home base for our visit to Windhoek. We would stay here again.

Awesome place with a huge yard - perfect for the dogs. The flat was beautifully fitted out and we felt right at home. Fenya had thoughtfully provided drinks, firewood and treats and a water bowl for the dogs. We will definitely be coming back!
