Πρόκειται για μια σουίτα επισκεπτών (22τμ), 150μ από την θάλασσα, χώρος ανεξάρτητος από την υπόλοιπη μονοκατοικία, με χώρο στάθμευσης, μεγάλη αυλή (συνήθως έχει γκαζον),καρέκλες και ξαπλώστρες. Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). The house consists of an open plan space which has a double bed and the kitchen, independent bathroom, large veranda and comfortable space outside, it is easy accessible because it is close to the main road and from here you can go for your bathrooms in the sea 2km from here, to go to archaeological sites of the area, to Lake Kaiafa, to forests or rivers, to the waterfalls of Neda, etc.

My place is close to Just 200m from amazing beach and sea. Close to a village with all the amenities. With lots of tavernas with good and cheap food.. Reasons you'll love my place: The house is located in a 4 acres property with lots of quiet and nice natural surroundings. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), large groups, and pets.
