Our guest apartment is located in the heart of Düsseldorf, 3 min by walk to Königs-Allée and 8 min to the main station HBF it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping areas and it is close to the city main sightseeings. Oriented to south and located inside a quiet courtyard, this 20m2 studio was completely new refurbished in 2023 and includes all facilities and appliances for a self-sufficient unit, from a totally equipped kitchen to a bathroom and working space. City tax not included.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. I like to live there on a daily basis and would like to share my living space. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building. It is easily reached by elevator. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the Königsallee. It is therefore very good and centrally located. There is a great connection to public transport, lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes are very close.

Messe, Rewe and harbor are easy to reach. Lovingly furnished to feel at ease and relax. You walk out the door and you're right in the middle of it. If you want to eat, there are about 10 restaurants on the street. You want peace and quiet you go to the Rheinhafen and the radio tower. Everything is possible on foot.

Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!
