Vacation rentals with beach access in Kadıköy

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

We really enjoyed staying at Ercan bey's apartmant, when we arrived it was cristal clear and neat. Ercan was very flexible with the hours and we could reach him any time we needed, he was always willing to help.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room to relax. Our host, Baris, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available when we needed anything. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place – 100%!

Alper is a great host. The house is in a prime location. It is a cute and tiny house.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It’s compact but beautifully and thoughtfully designed — everything felt very functional and comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. The apartment is well-equipped with quality appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vacuum cleaner, which made day-to-day living very easy. There’s also a small terrace that brings in fresh air and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location is great — the neighborhood has a relaxed, interesting vibe, and I enjoyed spending time in the area. Mehmet was kind enough to offer me an early check-in and shared some helpful local recommendations as well. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay! Thank you, Mehmet ☺️

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Hasan and the other staff members were always super polite and very welcoming. The room is right next to the reception but it’s very quiet at night so we slept very well. The location is great, a couple minutes walk to Taksim Square, restaurants, and public transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

Im großen und Ganzen war die Preis Leistung sehr gut. Ich fand es etwas feucht in der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber ein super netter junger Mann, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir durften um 7 Uhr einchecken und um 15 Uhr auschecken das war super nett. Die Gegend ist nicht die allerbeste aber alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Nous avons été bien reçu. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro. les restaurants sont situés dans les rues parallèle à l immeuble. On ne le sait pas le premier jour. Salle de sport piscine intérieur et extérieur. personnrl de l immeuble très sociable et agréable. Bonne réactivité de notre hote.

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Ev merkezdeydi. Vapur iskelesinden hemen hiç yokuş çıkmadan 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyordu. Yakınında çok güzel restoranlar vardı yürüme yolu vardı balkon yemyeşil bir bahçeye bakıyordu çok sessizdi evde sözü edilen bütün olanaklar vardı temizdi fotoğraflardakinin aynısıydı burgazada‘da yine aynı evde kalmak isterim

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
