Lovely studio in wooden area

Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. The sunny apartment is located on the first floor of a dead end street, so you stay like in the countryside, away from city noise, right next to Lepistik park. The Magistral shopping center is in the immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants nearby, and you can go directly to the port, railway station and the airport by public transport. Free parking in front of the house. I will come to hand over the key myself, please let me know your estimated time of arrival!
