Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

They live in a small part of a large courtyard from the Renaissance period. From the floor-to-ceiling windows or breakfast on the balcony you have a good view of the beautifully designed courtyard. The court complex was built around 1580 as the town residence of a family from the country nobility. After the town hall, it has the widest street façade in the city. - The apartment is located in a part of the building where the servants were housed; the beds are in a small bedroom.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Welcome to Gutshof Dobschütz, the smallest place in Saxony! In the middle of the Lommatzscher Pflege, an agricultural region in the heart of Saxony, is our idyllic farm in a secluded location. Our cozy apartment was decorated with a lot of love. We have donkeys, cows, horses, chickens, geese, ducks, quails, sheep & cats. In the morning & evening, the popular farm tour takes place, where our animal residents can be met and cared for.
