Quaint and cozy studio apartment nestled on a quiet country lane just outside of Charles Town. Keep an eye out for the deer that come to graze early morning and evening on the 3 acre property. Close to all area attractions without all the crowds. The loft apartment is in a separate building from our home, above my stained glass shop.

Checkout as late as 8pm on Sundays! Located one mile from the racetrack in the little village of Summit Point. This is a large renovated former classroom with 13' ceilings in the old Elementary School. Summit Point is a quiet place where you can take a leisurely stroll. The Railside Market serves food and sundries one block away. (currently has limited hours) Multiple food options are available in nearby Charles Town and lots more in Winchester Virginia.

Walking distance to the beautiful Shenandoah river, plenty of space to park if you want to bring a small boat. Spend the day out in nature, then come home to hotel style living. After a nice shower, get the fire pit going and cook out! We love pets!
