A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

An airy studio room features sloped ceilings with two skylights allowing natural light to enter. A spacious bed occupies one corner, complemented by a wooden bedside table and a contemporary dresser. A small dining table with two chairs is situated near a soft area rug in a heart shape.

Beautiful attic room on the second floor of a charming old building in the Potsdam Berlin suburb with mini kitchen, bathroom and private entrance. Located not far from the international art and culture district of Schiffbauergasse, Glienicker Bridge and Heiliger See are also within walking distance. Directly opposite is an S-Bahn stop, with which the historic city center and the train station can be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available along the street.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The bungalow is situated on private ground with marina. There are terraces to linger on the water. Via the jetty you can access a swimming platform for swimming and lingering. It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living space is heated very well. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance, you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No partying or partying!

What a location; right next to Park Sanssouci! The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: Look forward to "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.

Groß Glienicke is located in The vacation rental is located at the end of the village of Groß Glienicke and is located about 3 minutes walk from the forest and 5 minutes from Sacrower Lake. The apartment itself is new and was prepared with a lot of love for detail. Located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side there is a 5 m long balcony, with a beautiful view of the treetops.

Charming apartment with large roof terrace

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful apartment. It is furnished with a lot of style. I immediately felt comfortable and was able to switch off perfectly. The sofa is super comfortable as well as the bed. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The bathroom has daylight. This is not a given in vacation rentals. The city is easily accessible on foot. I was able to leave my car in the house's own parking lot almost all the time. Potsdam offers a lot culturally and is always worth a trip, especially with such a beautiful "second home". I'd love to come back!

Beautiful well-maintained houseboat in a very nice quiet area. The surrounding nature immediately invited us into relaxation mode to enjoy the time out to the fullest. Amenities, cleanliness and interior were perfect, communication with Max was excellent and courteous. Surrounding attractions can be reached within a few minutes by car/bike. We will definitely book this fantastic gem of accommodation again!

Susanna is very caring and friendly. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean and tidy. The house is located in a very quiet and calm neighborhood, next to the Golm campus of Potsdam University. Grocery store, train station, kebab food vagon and a pizza place are located within walking distance. If you are visiting Potsdam as a tourist (not mainly in Potsdam for work or university visit), then I recommend rather staying in a more central part of Potsdam, because the buses and train don't run very frequently to Golm.

The apartment is simply heavenly, it is located in a natural garden. Very nice, pleasant and quiet. Beautiful terrace. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. The apartment is interestingly furnished. We enjoyed it very much. There is also parking. By public transport you can quickly reach the center of Berlin. Lea is a wonderful host and very accommodating. We are very satisfied.

Were there with five people for an extended weekend. Accommodation exactly as in the pictures - very nice. House located in the quiet backyard. Shopping and rolls at a short km distance. Everything easily accessible and all in all a great weekend! Thank you.
