"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Looking for calm? In our house, in Torregrossa, you will find peace and a rural atmosphere. It is a small and quiet town in the Pla d'Urgell, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The house has 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a patio. We are 15 minutes from Lleida and 1.5 hours from BCN. There aren't many services in the village, but there is a lot of authenticity. Ideal for families or couples who want to escape mass tourism.
