La maison se trouve au sein d’une propriété isolée dans un parc arboré d’un hectare, entourée de bois. -4/5 personnes - Rez- de chaussée : Salon avec cheminée et un poêle à granules + 1 salle de bain et WC. - Premier étage : 2 chambres. La 1ere équipée d’un lit double. La deuxième équipée d'un lit simple et d'un lit double. Les draps sont fournis et les lits sont faits. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.
