At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or requesting. From the 17th person, additional fees will be charged.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation in Julbach is about 15 km from the historic old town of Burghausen. Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
