Great location, very secure, gated entrance to the complex. Excellent comunication with the host. Clean apartment. TV with Netflix. Grocery stores will deliver just need to make a call. I fully recommend it.

El personal fue muy amable durante toda mi estadía. El desayuno es simple pero suficiente: incluye jugo, queso, huevo, pan y cereal. La ubicación fue perfecta para mí, ya que estaba muy cerca del área que necesitaba visitar. En general, una experiencia cómoda y conveniente.

Fabulous! We absolutely loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Luis was a fantastic host. We have been traveling often to SD for medical appointments and we’ve yet to find an apartment that we would continue to come back to until now. We will DEFINITELY be back in the months to come and we’re so looking forward to it.

Newer modern building with all amenities, 24 hours security, short walk to some of the best restaurants in the area. Only drawback is that the city is growing so rapidly be prepared for constant construction noise. Bathroom shower does drain very slow, but this Airbnb is built for a long term. Host provided everything one would need for comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Mi experiencia fue simplemente maravillosa. El anfitrión, Juan fue increíblemente atento y amable, asegurándose de que tuviera todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. I stayed here for a week. The apartment was beautiful, clean and I felt like this was my true home in DR. It’s quiet, it’s next to many restaurants and stores. When I come back next year, I will no doubt be looking here first. Thank you!
