Apartment vacation rentals in Juan Dolio

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and it felt like it was place where people lived! Many Airbnb’s aren’t like that but yours was exceptional. If we visit again your place will definitely one the we want.

I loved the place, much better than the photos. The cleanliness, the details, everything was perfect! Ysancis is a super host, super friendly, I would rent it again every time I return to the Dominican Republic! I loved it 10/10

We had a very secure, relax family gateway at las olas, Sergio’s apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and clean with an amazing sea view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is close to town, we drove to the supermarket , went shopping and explored SPDM a little bit. Furthermore is not far from Santo Domingo city. Love how safe and convenient the colonial zone is. My family Will definitely book this AIRBNB again…thank you Sergio for allowing us to stay at your home.

The condo was excellent with a perfect view of the pool, beach and ocean from the balcony. The balcony was our most used part of the condo with excellent shade and a nice cool breeze. Air conditioning worked flawlessly as well as the appliances. Small grocery store easily within walking distance as well as a few trips into San Pedro for monthly supples kept the kitchen well stocked with food and bottled water. Overall the month long stay was quite wonderful and we will definitely return.

Wow, what a view! Host was extremely responsive. Place was exactly as described. you are so high up that we didn't need the AC, just open the big windows and let the air cool off the living room. No real complaints, just observations, wifi doesn't reach the room, maybe a mesh network in the future. The keypad was a little hard to figure out as it states to wave you hand to activate the number pad, after several attempts, we figured out that if we pressed the middle button, the numbers appear. We were surprised that we had to clean and take the trash out, we've never experienced that in DR or any other country, but that was a minor irregularity. Overall, we had a great time and loved how walkable the beach was.

Luis es un anfitrión estrella. Puedo expresar sinceramente que es un servidor atento, responsable, cortés y proactivo. El alojamiento es súper cómodo, higiénico, amplio, con una altura y ubicación que permite apreciar todo el paisaje de manera espectacular.

So, when I arrived at the location I was somewhat disappointed initially because the building is not right on the beach. But the receptionist suggested that I go to view the apartment first before making any judgment. I did just that. When I entered the apartment the view of the beach was so amazing that I immediately wanted to extend my stay. I absolutely loved it. I will be back.

The location is perfect if you want to relax and have a nice and peaceful stay. The surroundings are beautiful and it’s safe! I will definitely coming back soon to this place.

This place has a back up generator which kicks on very quickly if there’s a power outage, if you know anything about the DR. That’s a plus😊

Me encanto este alojamiento, es super tranquilo, la piscina nos encanto es grande y limpia. La Host es super agradable y atenta. Recomiendo este alojamiento y volveremos por mas dias. Tiene una plaza cercana que se puede ir a pie tiene una rica panaderia, farmacia, restaurante y un salon de belleza.

Excelente, no quedaríamos de nuevo.
