Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley and Ben’s Airbnb. The space included everything you might need, from standard hotel amenities to thoughtful extras that made the visit even more comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and ready for use. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful enough for a great night’s rest. The air conditioning kept the space pleasant, and the dehumidifier added an extra layer of comfort. Having access to laundry was also a major plus! One suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, which could make the space even more relaxing. We a great experience staying here, and we are absolutely planning on staying again in the future.

We had a great stay at this comfortable and well-located 2-bedroom apartment. The space was clean and exactly as described. Being on the first floor made access easy, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to major transportation, shopping, and dining. We especially appreciated being just steps from beautiful Lincoln Park, and having New York City less than 20 minutes away made it easy to explore the city without the hassle. A perfect home base for anyone looking to enjoy both NJ and NYC!

I came up to Jersey City with a few friends for a weekend event and needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay. Mary Jean's house was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, pristine and so comfortable. The house is decorated with high-end finishes that still retain their historical charm. It comes with a gated parking space (no having to search for parking on narrow, busy streets) and was quiet and comfortable. Mary Jean was also so personable and readily available for advice on restaurants and things to do. I will definitely plan on staying here again for future events in Jersey City!!

My stay was very enjoyable. Mavis was incredibly accommodating in so many ways. I requested an early check in and Mavis was able to get that situated for me on very short notice. The communication was phenomenal. If there was anything I needed or any questions I had, Mavis was available. The home is pictured and described accurately. The check in process was simple. I felt comfortable within the home and also felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and experienced overall.

This was a great stay to home base on my trip to New York.

When we arrived Raja and Noori were also arriving home and greeted us very warmly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the kitchen looked like it was pretty new and very nicely equipped. The thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were very much appreciated. The info received BEFORE our arrival was extremely helpful for planning. It is a second floor apartment with only stairs for access, but we three 65+ folks had no problem navigating the steps. The apartment and the area was very quiet and restful. We took the bus every day to NYC Port Authority. Short walk to bus stop and about 20 mins to the city. $5.10 pp/one way. So easy! There are also some nice little restaurants in the area that are walkable and you can use the VIA car service to get anywhere in the area for $2 per ride, not pp!! Raja and Noori were very responsive to any questions we had about the area and helped us have a great stay. We would definitely love to return to their home!

My family of 7 and I loved this place! It was so clean and spacious. The host was also very responsive which came in handy. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Wir sind jeden Tag nach NYC gefahren. Mit HBLR und PATH ist man schnell am World Trade Center von wo aus man mit der U-Bahn überall hinkommt. Die 7-Tage U-Bahnkarte gilt erst ab Manhattan, der Rest kostet extra, das sollte man bei den Gesamtkosten berücksichtigen vor allem wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist. Da kommt schon was zusammen.

Nice apartment Fidel was always responding its clean and the backyard was a plus .Be aware that you are in Jersey so you have to take the Uber to New York and after 5pm its rush hour and it takes forever. We definitely come back we loved it.

Great space for a long or short trip to NJ and/or NYC! Short Uber drive to Liberty Park where you can ferry over to Manhattan or short walk to the bus that takes you to Times Square! Overall, great space to stay when you are in New Jersey.

Passamos alguns dias e foi tudo perfeito. O espaço acomoda bem 3 pessoas. A localização é muito boa. Bairro tranquilo, com opções para alimentação após pequena caminhada. O transporte para Manhattan é muito prático, seja de ônibus ou pelo path. O anfitrião sempre muito disponível e disposto a ajudar! Cinco estrelas!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with extras — from clean towels and sheets to blankets and kitchen amenities. The interior is truly impressive, with attention to detail that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. The location is also a big plus — a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of beautiful spots nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and generous in sharing recommendations and local hotspots. The only downsides for us were the lack of a washing machine, which is quite essential for a family of five, and the absence of on-site parking. We had a private car and often had to park a bit farther away, which made things slightly difficult when returning late with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you very much!

The apartment is cute, cozy, and well renovated. We travelled with a 7 month old and Samantha was accommodating for an infant. She set up a pack and play crib with sheets so we didn’t have to bring one. I was amazed at how quiet it was there because it is an active city; it was a peaceful stay. The layout allowed for a good sitting and dining area without making the apartment feel crammed. There was plenty of room for baby to play and roll around on the floor. Samantha was welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood because we were there for a conference; I can say that the houses in the historic district have character and charm. Very cute neighborhood.

What a beautiful little nook in the heart of Newport. It was a really short walk from the PATH station which made it easy to get/to from, and with so much food and shopping around that area this was the perfect choice! Once you walk in, the space is very cozy while being spacious. Having a kitchen available was excellent for a bit of cooking! To add, Suzanne and Chris had so many little toiletries and things that were thoughtfully provided. That alone was 5 star treatment! Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you guys! 🙏

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. Overall it was such an easy and relaxing experience that made our first trip to NYC a delight. I would come back again and highly recommend Timothy's place to everyone!!! Thanks so much.

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

Mel was a very responsive host, the place looked exactly as depicted. It was quiet and peaceful. I was dreading a hot and stuffy apartment because it was muggy when we arrived but it was well-air conditioned in expectation of our arrival. I did not love the PATH train, but the ferry to Manhattan was delightful.

Hoboken ist ein guter Unterkunftsort, um New York zu besuchtigen. Mit dem PATH ist man schnell da. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß genug und Kaffee war gerichtet. Der checkin war sehr gut beschrieben. zur Washington street ist ca 1 km. Dort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Am Hudsonufer hat man eine tolle Sicht auf New York.

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
