Un lugar muy hermoso, muy tranquilo con una vista espectacular y muy limpio! definitivamente nos volveriamos a quedar.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Really beautiful spot right on the ocean! Another gorgeous beach just down the road too. Perfect spot for a couple or small group looking for a beautiful vacation at the beach. Super close to the national rainforest too, which had some gorgeous views of the island as well as some great hiking. Definitely recommend!

Christopher’s place was great! Location- maybe a 5mins drive to Luquillo beach and lots of eatery as well! Perfect! Place-easy to find as it is right off the highway. Private parking space. Quiet neighborhood. This home sits on an uphill with a beautiful view. We stayed at the lower level of this two floor home and it was lovely! An outside area to enjoy your morning coffee, great working AC, and all the little home items you’d love such as a coffee maker, cups, fridge, regular and beach towels… Host-great communication, responsive and very friendly! Had the pleasure of meeting them :) Overall so happy we found this place and would definitely recommend to those looking to stay around the luquillo area.

Our extended family of 11 had a lovely and comfortable visit. Very much recommend.

Sergio is an excellent host . He is friendly and very helpful . I find the place to be rustic but quaint. The beds had the right comfort for me. I enjoyed sitting in the terrace. It was good that you could choose to park in the front or in back of the place. You can hear the coqie frogs making beautiful music. There is a small backyard and a grassy area for pets outside the gate, which was a plus.. It is definitely walking distance to the beach, but you do have to watch out for the loose neighborhood dogs. The area isn’t too far from shopping centers by car. Being that it’s summer, and not much of a breeze , the living room was extra warm. The bedroom furniture had some of wear and tear.

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

This is a fantastic space! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ice maker machine was a real highlight and great for the cooler for a beach day :) We would definitely stay here again

El hospedaje de Ricardo estaba super limpio! un lugar super agradable para compartir en familia, con todo lo necesario. La maquina de pacman fue un plus! Cerca de lugares de atracción y muy buenos restaurantes. Nos encantó! 100 %recomendado

Rafael fue muy amable y proactivo. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario como toallas de playa, piscina, baño, la cocina muy bien equipada. El espacio estaba bien organizado y limpio. El ambiente en el lugar era hermoso tranquilo y con unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Yo y mis acompañantes salimos muy satisfechos y encantados con las experiencia.

We had a wonderful week here, even our dog was reluctant to say goodbye to Lisa and Ryan! It's a beautiful and peaceful place with all the amenities you can imagine! The location is super convenient: 10 min to Luquillo Beach/Carabali Park for a horse-riding tour, 20~30 min to Fajardo for a snorkeling tour/Yunque rainforest for a hike, 40 min to San Juan. Lisa and Ryan are super enthusiastic and responsive, more importantly, amazing chef! Trust me their breakfast are much better than any restaurants we have tried in Puerto Rico! So make sure you try as many as you can on the menu! Ryan also took us to Selva Beach, which is incredible. We went there twice on weekdays and it's completely private. Definitely recommend this place to anyone whatever activities you are interested in!

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

The location was amazing. So easy to get around the island, Luquillo Beach was down the street, great restaurants within a 5 mile radius. The apartment was great! The layout of kitchen, bedrooms, and living room were so functional and spacious. Having A/C in both bedrooms was a plus. The kitchen had every appliance and accessory you would need to make every meal. Beds were super comfy, and it was great having Netflix to watch movies at night. It was also soothing to hear the coqui at night! Ricardo was the best. He was super friendly, attentive, and really strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were fortunate to spend time with Ricardo outside the AirBnb and solidified a friendship! We plan to visit again very soon. For future guests - if you are looking for a place and want an idea of what it would be like to physically (and mentally) live as a local in Puerto Rico, this is the spot for you.

Definitely a superhost - so accommodating !!! Had a great time and will be back - 30 min easy drive to old San Juan where we mostly went for dinners - around 30 min drive to the rainforest and to luquillo beach we loved loved it

Iris es una excelente anfitriona y sobretodo guardiana de un hermoso recinto. Tuvimos la oportunidad de realizar una convivencia de fin de semana con jóvenes y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Los jóvenes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de talleres, encargarse de tareas domésticas y sobretodo disfrutar de la piscina, el billar y las hamacas. Vimos como sus vínculos se fortalecieron al tener diversos espacios para compartir. Los cuartos son ideales para grupos grandes, están bien organizados y limpios. La cocina es espaciosa y posée los utensilios necesarios para hacer grandes cenas. Aunque la carretera principal queda cerca, no se sentía el sonido de los vehículos. Los alrededores tienen el suficiente verdor para amortiguar el ruido y refrescar las noches. La comunicación con Iris fue ágil y estuvo pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido una gran experiencia y queremos repetir el próximo año. Agradecidos.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

Fue una estadía muy placentera. La urbanización está algo aislada y es muy tranquila. Recomiendo este listado a quien le interese quedarse en un lugar tranquilo en Río Grande.

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and it was the best! Great food and drinks so close that Rey made us aware of. Getting uber rides was no problem while staying here and just about anything from the rainforest to the beach is about 10 minutes! Everyone nearby was very friendly too. Overall a great experience and we would love to come again!

I loved this place, and I wish I would’ve booked it for my entire trip as I regretted checking out and I would’ve checked back in but they were booked for the rest of the week. It’s very clean. It’s very comfortable. It very quiet with the exception of the wildlife that’s so noisy (the coqui frogs at night, which are pretty cool, but it takes getting used to the sounds). Her location is close to the forest and that’s about the only thing I know of to do in the neighborhood. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated up, so I didn’t use it and I think they sprayed air freshener on the pillows, which is understandable with the humidity in Puerto Rico, but I have a very bad fragrance sensitivity. The yard is very pretty. I love her garden and plants. I’m a woman traveling alone and I often get nervous in new places and I loved her unit! Plus Coco, her little dog, became my best friend in less than 24 hours. I adore that little dog. She brightened my days!
