Cooking area provides light cooking facility. Renovated , attractive bathroom, with heated floors. Air purifier.Everything provided for comfort!

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.
