Located in Steinhatchee, Florida. Five blocks to the Steinhatchee River/Gulf. Fishing tournaments are every weekend from Febuary 1 through June 14. Scallop season Starts June 15th and ends Labor day weekend. Off season is discounted for those who would like to winter in Florida. Pet friendly. No large aggressive pets allowed. We observe quiet time from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Weekends require a two night minimum and holidays require a three night minimum. Come enjoy. Welcome to the cottage.

Play board games or put a puzzle together in the evening. Walk to Pirates Bounty for some fresh veggies and meat to cook or just walk to Kathi’s Krab Shack for a nice meal and a cold drink. Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.
