Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Jefferson Parish

The place was very spacious for a group of five. It was clean and everything was within walking distance. The Ac worked great because the trip was definitely hot and humid. Would stay there again.

Phil and I have been staying at Louis and Aldonia’s home every year for our anniversary, for about 3 or so years now, out of all the places in the city we have stayed.. Their place is the absolute best, extremely responsive and warm, very kind and understanding if any issues arise. They are very quick to responding. Absolutely incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so welcoming for us every single year. Can’t wait to come back next year and so forth!

SUPER cute BNB, and with a very welcoming host! The place is so cute, and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location to take the ferry to the French quarter, but feel more like a local in your down time. Can't recommend it enough!

David checked in everyday to make sure everything was great..his cute place is “squeaky clean”, I’m kinda compulsive so I notice that stuff! I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since I had another stop before heading home. Kitchen well stocked, linens fluffy, bed comfy. Would stay here again! Be sure to check out the taco joint up the street..sooo good!

Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

I’ve been to New Orleans several times and this is the best location we’ve been to , hands down ! The location, the views, being 10-15 mins walking to the French Quarter. We saved money by not having to use ride share services. Next time I come, I will be certainly be looking to rebook here!! Safe parking within 2 blocks of where we were, I mean just wow ! The place was extremely clean, and ready to get comfy in ! We all enjoyed our time and will certainly keep this at the top of our favorite list ! Thanks so much ! David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

Impressed with cleanliness and closeness to City Park. Home is very functional and great for New Orleans. Wonderful saf e neighborhood and will definitely will return.

The house was beautiful - if anything, I feel like it *exceeded* my expectations. Super spacious, lovingly decorated, all that good stuff. And the location was perfect, too; close to everything you want to be close to, but with enough privacy to get a good night's sleep. But that's just the house itself. Jason & Michelle were INCREDIBLE hosts. Just extraordinarily accommodating/communicative. I had a kinda wacky shipping request (due to my line of work/reason for being there), and Michelle wasn't just "okay with it", she was my dang partner in the whole ordeal. Simply above and beyond. I wouldn't just recommend this spot to a pal; I would chastise them for going elsewhere. 6 stars!!! <3

We enjoyed our stay -this is a safe, quiet location and a clean comfortable property. We had coffee on the front porch swing and backyard while our son was sleeping, the amenities are stocked just right, and Christina was a friendly accommodating host. We’d come back again. Highly recommend. The only issue to know about is the layout, where 1 bedroom must walk through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom…if you don’t mind that.

This was my family’s second stay at Robert’s place and it was just as great as the first stay. So much to do in the area. Convenient to restaurants and shopping this time we got to enjoy the pool which was a wonderful respite after a long day on the town.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

Giuliano let me check in early and met me at the house. He was as friendly and helpful in person as he had been on text (i.e. very) and walked me through everything I needed to know about the place, from the air conditioners to which light switches governed what, the locks, all of it. I don't always like to intersect with my Airbnb host but in this case there were several facets to the place that would have been trickier to figure out on own. So that first little "tutorial" was hugely valuable. Plus Giuliano is warm presence who was just nice to be around during our brief little interaction. I'll definitely want to stay there again someday :)

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

Michelle’s place was as advertised with lots of room, clean, relatively quiet for its location and a great Mediterranean restaurant right next door as an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a close location to the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds.

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. The location was great. Just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and a lot less hectic. Right on the street car line which was handy. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to relax and feel at home at the end of a long day.

Stayed at this property for a 4 person bachelorette party. Plenty of space, clean and bright. Comfortable beds. The pool was great for a relaxing day. Walkable restaurants and bars within 10-15 mins. The French Quarter is a 10-15 minute bus or Uber ride in. Highly recommend this location if you want access to the Quarter without the noise.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.
