This Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city of New Orleans. You have access to the entire house, including the backyard, driveway and street parking. There are places to eat and parks in the area; also several options for groceries and shopping. This is a great spot for family vacations, getaways, and fishing trips. You’ll be close enough to the city to still experience The Big Easy culture but far enough to get the rest you need afterwards.

Since 2015, just steps to the St. Charles streetcar on Brainard Street (at Philip St). The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!
