Historic farm property by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in a hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in a wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

Ilvese Cottage is a nice and private housing by the river Lintsi. Rest your mind listening nature sounds. While visiting us You might have an opportunity to observe rare bird species and different animals. Our house is with all amenities - wc, shower, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, pans-pots, dishes etc. There is a big dinner table and couch with coffee table. There is a nice size terrace. For extra fee we can offer a super cozy sauna on wheels (has to be preordered at least 1 day).

This unique manor is located in heart of Estonia in a beautiful country side. Beside the house is lake around the area of oldest protected forest of Estonia. House gives you time travel back to 19th century, house is well kept and decorated honoring the past times. Lake is good for swimming and you can grill here and spend lovely time with your friends, spouse or family. Also possible to pick up from Aegviidu or Tapa railway stations. We are able to help with anyting needed.

You'll live with a family of 5, including 3 children, so adult activities and smoking are not allowed. There is only 1 bathroom to share. Pets are welcome, but please no animals that may harm our chickens. Our central location makes it easy to explore Estonia's other cities. Enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere and create wonderful memories with us!
