It was perfect, and Koh was very helpful. I also recommend visiting their bakery and trying the best cinnamon buns I've ever eaten. (Try warming them up a bit in the oven before eating to enjoy them hot.)

家族4名で2泊滞在。 滞在中は素敵な庭でBBQをして過ごす。別荘地なので騒がしくしないようにするが隣家と距離があるため、さほど気を使う必要はない。 オーナー母屋が同じ建物ではあるが構造的に干渉し合うこともない。 鳥のさえずりを聞きながら別荘地を散策したり、都会の喧騒と対極にあり、デトックスが出来る。また、部屋には1台もテレビがないため、子供たちは何かしら遊びを見つけて過ごしていたのがまた良かった。 また是非利用したい。

We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

The space was nice and was as depicted in the listing and was very convenient when it comes to getting around Kyoto. Sean was super helpful and would respond very quickly. He also provided so many food and activity recommendations that you can practically make a 2 day itinerary from it! Would definitely stay again if I ever visit Kyoto again.

Tomoko had been such an amazing host. She's very responsive and kept her place very clean. Our 10 month old baby loved crawling everywhere. She even bought a high chair for baby. Thank you so much! It made meal time fun and easy. You're the best!

Peacefully and beautiful surroundings got a few 24*7 stores nearby ,loved the house clean and well decorated.

The home was exactly as depicted in the listing, it was extremely clean and comfortable, and had all amenities and more that we required for our stay. The host was also very friendly, easy to communicate with and understanding to our requests. The location of the home was extremely convenient, Nankai Namba Station was located within a 5-7 minutes walk of the home, and there was various malls and things to do within a 5 minutes walking radius of the home such as Namba Parks, Namba City, Nipponbashi Denden Town, Namba Shopping District. A 7-11 was also located right opposite the home visible from the front door. It was a great place to fully explore Namba and the surrounding districts at a very reasonable price. Will definitely try to stay at the same location if I have the chance to visit again!

Mark and Mae are excellent host with very good English. This made communicate easy, they helped us when needed to work with other as our Japanese is very basic. They were thoughtful, helpful and tried hard to make sure we were comfortable. The place is as described and peaceful. We enjoy sitting in the morning sun in the white chairs and walking the neighborhood. Great stay!

The home was wonderful, the location is perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful. The home was the cleanest, and nicest I have seen in Japan yet! The only negative I can think of is the beds themselves are comfortable enough but could be better. Also be sure to verify the door is locked before leaving because the lock can be tricky!

We were a family of six adults and an infant and stayed for five nights. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There was more than enough room for all of us. The place is very serene with nice views. We would be happy to stay if we were to visit Izu Peninsula again. Jin-san responds promptly to queries and recommended child friendly restaurants and places to visit.

What a beautiful view, truly mesmerising! We enjoyed every moment in the house, it is equipped with everything you need. We also very much appreciate the support team that helped us out with a couple of things, they took quick action and were very responsive. Thanks for the lovely stay!

地元の友人たちと1年半ぶりの旅行に利用させていただきました。 非現実な環境で充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 サウナは温まるまでに１時間半ぐらいはかかるので、チェックインしたらすぐに電源を入れた方が良いです。 サウナ横に設置されている温泉がとても気持ちよく、浴室のお風呂を使うことはありませんでした。 天気は良い日は大室山が一望できるので最高の眺めが拝めると思います。 （今回は曇りでした。） バルミューダのコーヒーマシンも自由に使えるのは最高でした！ また宿泊したいと思いますし、周りにも紹介したいと思います！

8人で利用させていただきましたが、最高でした！サウナもめちゃくちゃいい温度でした！ また使います！！

Absolutely spick & span, spotlessly clean and very nearly brand new! Freshly renovated 200yr old house. Conor and the caretaker Yasumichi-san was there to greet us at check in & gave us a tour. We had 5 adults & 5 kids and were worried about the the 1 bath 1 toilet situation, but we managed very well. Toilet has bidet, bathroom has bath tub & standing shower, everything was super modern. Full kitchen with condiments & cutlery. BBQ grill outdoors. Smaller 2nd kitchenette if you need it. Bonus 2 in 1 washer & dryer that dries clothes fully. Highly recommended! This accommodation alone is reason enough to return to Itoshima.

일본의 단독주택에서의 일상을 느껴보기 너무 좋은 숙소입니다. 정말 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어있습니다. 욕실도 정말 멋지구요. 교통도 매우 편리하고 큰 마트도 지하철역근처에 있어서 너무 좋습니다. 숙소 근처에 세븐일레븐과 Lawson도 있구요. 숙소 옆 철길에 1량짜리 기차도 귀엽게 지나가는데, 정말 재미있었어요. 숙소는 별점 5점이고 다시 재방문하고싶어요. 다만, 독채로 검색해도 나오는데, 1층과2층을 다른 게스트가 사용한다는 점은 미리 확인이 필요해요.

Tsugumori stay is above a charming cafe that is a destination on its own. I was greeted by a mom & daughter who own and manage the property. Super friendly and welcoming. They gave a personal tour of the rooms including instructions for appliances and garbage customs, as well as some of their inspiring story. They also gifted a delicious local mochi treat related to a current holiday. Clearly top-tier hosts and a truly special place. A lot of care and thought went into the design, layout and amenities of this cozy retreat. And the combo washer-dryer unit actually dried my clothes! An amazing range of hikeable mountains are essentially in the backyard. A short drive to the visitor center and you’ll find diverse trailheads. These trails include spectacular views of Mt Asama! Highly recommend renting a car. There is a Toyota rental place right next to Sakudaira Station making getting around super easy. I hope to make a return trip in the future!
