The house is located in a quiet villa area, a few minutes drive from Mizu-no-Eki, on the north side of Lake Toya. You can see the lake view from the second floor of the house, and you can see the fireworks in the onsen town every day in the summer. The best part is the large, completely private garden. There are various types of flowers, trees, and fruits, so you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons, and there are also tables, chairs, and umbrellas, so you can relax in the garden. There is a municipal hot spring, Ikoi-no-Ie, located nearby (1 minute by car). You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Toyako and the hot spring baths fed by the source spring for 450 yen. You can stay with your★ pet (dogs only). The garden is a lawn, so please use it as a dog run that you have to yourself. It is about a 7-minute walk to the lake, so it is also in a good location for a relaxing stroll.

It has a large garden and terrace where you can BBQ or relax in hammocks and umbrellas. The owner, who knows the area well, will provide activities such as playing in the river, canoeing, hunting, and secret river play spots, so you can have a slightly different stay. Whether you're with your family, fishing, traveling alone, or staying overnight, we can accommodate a wide range of requests. If you want to enter the hot spring, we recommend "Cloud" which is a 3-minute drive, and we also provide discount coupons for bathing. It features a wood burning stove, large TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo, leather chairs, and full kitchen. Enjoy hiking, skiing, BBQ, golf or hot spring onsen baths in the area. The home is approximately a 20-minute drive from Nagano Station on the JR Hokuriko Shinkansen bullet train and Shinano Railway.

Ｗooden house in the mountain with a big garden

There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Trying to open up your five senses and gain what you need in this COVID-19 situation :-) Ajiro is the small town of Atami and has so many yummy local restaurants and great activities such as fishing and water activities at the beach.
