Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Jan Thiel

This is an amaaaaazing house especially if you’re traveling with the family. The atmosphere of the house is so peaceful and you feel right at home. You receice a warm welcome from the host and the owners are really friendly and thoughtful. I have enjoyed my stay at this house and it definitely wont be the last time we’re staying here! The location is amazing with so many amenities just around the corner. I definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a HOME while on vacation! It was worth every cent! I loved staying here. All the amenities in the description were present in the home. Bathroom was clean & the bedroom was lovely as well. We decided to extend our stay & Rafael was very easy-going and made all the necessary arrangements for a smooth extension. I really loved the fact that we had our privacy. I would totally recommend this apartment!

Such a peaceful house with simple but beautiful furnishings that complimented the perfect view. My husband and I spent all of our time here that we weren't diving because we'd rather be here than anywhere else. Clear directions and instructions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place, perfect view, tremendous atmosphere

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Exactly as pictured! This home has everything you’ll need for your vacation. Beautiful home and best location in Jan Thiel! 2 min walk to the Supermarket and less than 5 mins to the beach/restaurants. Thibault & Ashley were extremely helpful and always very responsive. 5 STARS!!!!

We had a great vacation at Vanessa's lovely home! Easy and flexible check-in and check-out, everything you need for your stay is at the house, and it's a great location. It looks just like the photos. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. Simple accommodation, we had everything we needed. Cindy always responded quickly, there was also a friendly cat who greeted us. Electricity had to be paid separately, but was reasonable in price.

The place was perfect! Kim and Ron were so nice and helpful throughout our trip. The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. A lot of space and very clean. Pepper was so great too!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, modern, clean, and safe unit. We loved having breakfast on the veranda, steps from the beautiful pool. Great location-close to Jan Thiel and Mambo beaches, and many conveniences. Hosts were very responsive and provided helpful tips for dining, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for 1-2 people for a longer stay, like mine (24 days). From the windows and small loggia there is a beautiful view of the Caracas Bay and flowering shrubs in the garden. Quiet house and safe area. Good efficient air conditioning, kitchenette with the possibility of preparing meals. There is a washing machine and a parking space on the property. Periodic change of bed linen and cleaning included in the price. The owner is very nice and helpful. I recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. We felt like we were the first guests (in a positive way) because everything felt so new clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and found the area really fun. It’s great to be able to walk to so much.

The studio was cozy, comfortable, and clean. I wanted for nothing. Evita was helpful and knowledgeable. Because of her my stay was not just great it was spectacular.

Dear Fulvia, Thanks for all the good care. I am very satisfied with your airbnb! Description Airbnb: A neat and beautiful location. You can easily go to Punda, Mambo or Pietermaai from this location. There is an air conditioner and a fan. This will not bother you with the heat. In the evening, there is plenty of light nearby. You can park your car in front of the door. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away (by car). Every morning you can buy delicious pastechi, croquette and or spring rolls. Delicious! I had a nice time here and Fulvia made it extra cozy with her caring, calm, understanding and sweet character.💖

This is a great spot! It's in a really cute neighborhood that's a close walk to downtown and also a close walk to various beach spots in the other direction. It feels secluded from the action of the city with all the amenities you need. Would gladly stay here again!

Cristal was incredibly helpful and quick to respond from the moment we booked until the time we checked out. We only had one hiccup with some missing kitchen items, and she showed up right away with replacements. Probably the most attentive and fastest to respond of all the places we’ve stayed. Oh, and the VIEW alone was worth much more than we payed!

Aida’s apartment was a gem! The apt was beautiful and clean, exactly like the photos. Private and quiet location. Aida and her team were responsive and provided great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

My Husband & I really enjoyed our 5 days!! Exactly as described and pictured. Everything we needed to feel right at home! An incredible value. The pool was fantastic. We spent a few evenings in the pool after a long day of beach hopping. The host couple were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We felt like we were staying in a friend's apartment. Great location too! Number Ten was a great nearby breakfast spot FYI. We'll be back!!!

I liked everything, the apartment is just like the photos, the condominium is very quiet, everything is very clean and organized Beautiful balcony view, very good pool It is well worth renting

Our stay with Lise and Cliff was perfect! We were very well received by them. The accommodation has everything we need, everything is very clean, tidy and new. They are always kind, gentle, attentive and willing to help with anything we need. The location is in the middle of the island, which makes it a lot easier. We quickly did everything by car. Thank you Lise and Cliff for everything! We will definitely return to your accommodation!

I loved my stay here! Linda was so kind and friendly. She pointed out a small beach that is much more of a local spot, just down the street. They also provided beach towels after I forgot mine. The hosts were all very responsive. Location was great. About a 15 minute walk to Mambo Beach, and an easy hour-ish drive from the beaches on the west side of the island. Highly recommend!

Henny kindly allowed me to arrive early and check out late. Communication was always great, friendly and helpful. The studio has everything it needs, a well-functioning air conditioning, warm shower and a comfortable bed. I was even allowed to make oregano-lemon grass tea from the garden. Within walking distance you are in about 15 minutes in the center.

My family and I spend 6 nights at Jessica's place. All had a great time. The apartment was just as advertised and had all of the amenities listed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property manager, Saskia, was easy to work with, answered questions for us and even secured taxis to/from the airport. The location of the aprtment cannot be beat. There is a small beach and a pool and it's an easy walk in to the heart of Willemstad. Lots of great restaurants all around aor within short walking distance of the apartment. Jessica was great to deal with as was Saskia. We would defintely stay here again if returning to Curacao!!!
